If you're going to buy that bulk of Ethereum, just go to exchanges. You're safe to buy as much as you can but there might be some verification needed since you're buying bulk orders.

I don't think that you can find folks that want to sell their Ethereum at a cheaper rate by this time after seeing that it had made another ATH.

I want to give a decent solution to @op, don't know if you are a scammer or not (although my feeling says 1000% yes you are).
If you handle large transactions from hundreds of thousands of customers, create your own exchange. I guess that's a decent amount of demand to be a crypto company. Don't say that you don't have capital, assuming that if you have been trusted by 100k customers, of course you have traded a lot with lots of profits.
