Support stake don't care about my evidence they say to me i need to handle with evolution,thats my main problem i have proof
A couple of complaints I've heard from players there and it's likely that it's just all about a rant and not really a problem at all.
^ This is what I have noticed too, they had different issues that we have seen recently and I don't know if the player's fault or the casino which is I think there is need clarifications. I don't want to call them a theft because I have been there once gambling in their casino and so far I did not encounter such a problem, probably there is a misunderstanding here. If OP has good valid proof which is the right thing to accuse them, just open a thread on the scam accusation, and probably they will respond too and depend on their side.
Yeah, they're reputable and with these rants.

They're isolated cases so it's not really impacting the whole customer base of them. The amount isn't that much for them.

But what should be address is the help that the person needs. If he's ignored, I don't know what to say anymore since there's the contact.

I don't think it makes sense for a casino as well-known as Stake to cheat its user for $22. They have a good reputation and there must be some kind of mistake. The player could have accidentally pressed the wrong button without even noticing it. If it was a bug on the gambling site, we would have heard about such situations more than once. But if the player is 100% sure of his right then he definitely need to seek justice.
^ Definitely right and you have a good point there, I think they will not scam that very tiny amount for them, $22 is almost nothing for them and I think they will not scam that small amount. There could be many factors that happen and I think calling them a thief is not necessary because you are not proven yet. So for now, the best thing that you can do OP is approached them nicely reading your issues, I don't think they will not listen to you in that way but there's nothing wrong if you will try them.

He is not accusing Stake for scamming him but for not taking responsibility for the problem on one of there live games provider. This is surely small amount but Stake should atleast help him to recover or get some good clarification from evolution gaming.


Some days have passed since the OP has last responded on this thread, it would be nice to receive an update and to know if there was no answer or if their problem seems to have been solved already.

However taking into account that this is not a direct issue with stake then maybe there is not much they can do, someone has read their TOS to see if here is something there regarding a similar situation? Because stake is in an uncomfortable position, since they were not the ones with the bug or the issue they cannot answer as fast as possible and they depend on a third party to try to see what it actually happened.

Hi people i play at stake almost 2 years with no problems sometimes big sometimes small
I play on provider of them on live blackjack on evolution game,my total balance was low 44$ so i do bet 22$ that if i want to double or take insurance i can
Now on the table near my name you see chips with 22$ but on total bet they charge me on 44$ the game start dealer got ace i got 20 i can't do insurance beacuse they charge me 44$ that's all the balnt i had dealer got blackjack,now its only 44$ but fuck i am right and i hate when player right and casino disrespect player, evolution they thief they say i bet on 44$ even i have screen shot that show 22$ but i reat disappointed from stake no help no nothing thanks god its 44$ but still i am  very upset on this situation,this the screen shot name joni

It should be part of their responsibility or an ethical thing to be done rather than on keeping silent.Issues like this might really be that much speaking
with amount involved but stills considered and issue which is need to be resolved.
People would really be actually be observing on how this one progresses.

Have you tried contacting their customer support in the website? As far as I know also, they have an ongoing signature campaign in the forum so they have an active player-base and support throughout. Normally, there are concerns that have to be addressed but you also have to contact first their support before making any threads about it.

Assuming that you already messaged them and they seemed to ignore it, you can open a scam accusation under the forum by providing sufficient proof of your transaction. I wish you good luck and continue updating this thread for more information and help.

Maybe the OP not patient complaint his problem on stake costumer service and looks have any term of services rule breach out by OP, I think well with stake so far what every game I begin sport betting or casino game looks fun and pay based on how much I betting. Maybe just faced trouble some time when withdrawing coin delay almost few minutes and not process instant, you need ask again on support center what your problem clearly.

OP's problem should be solve as soon as possible, and he wouldn't share it here if the support did response to him as fast as they could. But also, OP didn't provide any evidence or support about his concern against Stake, so I don't know which side is really at fault. It is possible that OP break one of Stake ToS, but still we're not sure. All I know is it is really frustrating if the support ain't helping it's customer's problem fast.

A very common scenario on this forum that a certain thread doesnt really get any further updates which we could really assume that the issue might already been resolved or still on progress but OP
didnt really give out any updates in related into this one thats why most of the time with these kind of discussion turns out to be useless because people doesnt really get any information
in regarding the situation but it would be better if some of the Stake representative would be actually giving out some words on here in regarding with the issue.

I can clearly see that the OP seems to be hiding some facts and most likely the reports do not match the whole truth.
It's normal to get frustrated with certain losses, but you can't take it out on bookmakers without bringing all the evidence.
I'm not trying to blindly defend Stake, it could be that the OP has some point in something, but he needs to be frank about what is being reported.

I would agree on that, @alegotardo. I think that when reporting and complaining about a casino, especially when it is done publicly, the user should lay all the cards on the table to make the issue clear and precise to the audience. In this way, it could be understood easily and the narrative would be bombarded with assumptions or be directed to stems of additional stories. OP should really provide all of the necessary evidences to his claims, and have the courtesy to at least update here.

They wouldn't do that for such a small amount of funds. It would be better to reach out to them so you'll know if you have committed a mistake or not. Their support is responsive and reliable because I've also encountered a problem and they solved it for me. You only have to wait further since the number of queries is having traffic most of the time.

This might end up being an a system or human error, because I find it hard to believe that stake.com can carry out such a demeaning activity on such a small amount of money, though it's quite possible that smaller casinos that are in deer need for money can go as far as stealing from its users, but definitely not stake.com.

My advice is that you try to reach out to their customer care and also try to be a little patient with them, probably they will be able to figure out if this was a system or human error, as it could be possible that while trying to play, you mistakenly entered or typed $44 thinking you entered $22, or maybe you forget to type in the amount you wish to play with before betting so the system automatically used max amount in your account for enter the bet for you.
Which ever it is, calm down and hear what the customer cares have to say concerning the issue, I wish you good luck.

1. You said it yourself. You've played there for ~2 years without any issues. Stake is reputable and would not be scamming anyone out of such a low amount of money.

2. Evolution is not owned by Stake. Stake has no say in how the games are run, they are just a third party plugin.

If anything, you should probably be complaining to Evolution, but I doubt that anyone would take much notice for such a small bet amount. I don't even think that anyone is at fault here, it's just how the game is run usually.

my 2 cents.
beyond what happened in the specific case...the "low amount of money" should not be a valid justification for seize money of other people or have an issue that can't be resolved or addressed.
