Hello! This would be a little long but would try and summarize.

Am looking for team members for a new project. I will explain what the project would be and team member's benefit.

Introduction: We won’t be building a prototype or writing just a white paper; we are going to build the full project before the coin. The competition out there is crazy and we might only be able to compete with a custom idea and a real project. The aim is to provide a real working project before launching the coin, it’s going to take a while but it's going to worth it. In other for the coin to be in real and quick usage there is need to come up with a real project that will make this possible.

NOTE: I recently launched a fully functional White labeled web hosting reselling platform, so i have 100% experience on how it works and i have the full knowledge of making this a reality and i know what exactly should be done regarding making this project a reality. Project Details & Summary: In simple words, “White label” refers to a fully supported product or service that's made by one company but sold by another. Now we would be making it possible for anyone to own a fully white labeled website to resell over 5,000 items without actually having a physical store or having to pay for maintenance, delivery packages, website design, providing support,  returns, refunds and so on.
 It’s a plug and play fully white labeled drop shipping website where the user just points a domain name and the sore is ready for use. The user changes prices, logo, modify his prices and so on. When someone buys from his website, we do all the delivery needed and branded in his store name, then send to the buyer. The owner of the store is paid directly to his own withdrawal method easily.

Most drop shipping platforms aren’t much automated and you must have some technical knowledge to run some.  
With this idea, you don’t even need to hire a web designer or provide support. Before launch, there would be over 50 readymade templates where the user can easily just select and modify. Practically, the user would just need to advertise his website and make profit when users buy from his own website.


Based on the former white labeled project I currently manage, it was very easy getting people to resell since it’s just a registration needed and pointing domains. Before launch we have already registered about 1,000 resellers who were ready to start reselling. Drop shipping on items is even more popular and has a wider Market audience, so this would even be easier to get people to use, since it’s basically free!
There is a written proposal which I have put up for interested team members, I would share them with you with the road map and other vital information not written here for the sake of summarization.




Target Market: The target market is pretty simple; actually it’s a global Market. Every part of the World buys online, and there are Ecommerce platforms all over the world. So this project can easily target everyone or anyone. Since it’s a B2B and B2C platform, we target general users who want to own an online business or those who want to expand their online income by owning an online business without any additional cost. So this type of business is pretty easy to advertise in all languages.




The Coin & Opportunities:  Since it’s easy to put up a fully functional E-Commerce reselling website by users, then the adoption would be pretty simple to use and understand. If the original cost of an item is $40, we can decide to sell for let’s say $47. But if you are buying with so so so coin, then you would pay only $42! The discount of paying with our coin would be very crazy that no one would want to pay with any other method. With this, we would easily increase coin our usage.

The adoption would cut across so many domains which is excellent for Marketing and adoption references.
Practical example:  If we have about 3,000 active resellers on the platform who have advertised their site to reach about 100 – 500 users Monthly. This means our token is already opened to about 300,0000 to 1,500,000 potential users without additional Marketing. Who would know the coin and potentially use it in the future also.



Project Duration & Road Map: I have written a summarized road map in a document that would be shown only to interested Team Members for now until it’s made public. Inside it, the project duration is about 3 Months (12 Weeks).




Proposed Challenges: There is no business without challenges, I have listed them out and this can be solved with the aid of real professionals joining the project. My last project like I said earlier was developing a web hosting fully white labeled reseller platform (request for link via PM) and off course I faced lots of challenges which I would love to correct in my next project. Some of them were as follows;
1)   Expertise: Despite that I had the funds to hire people and pay them for what work being done; it was limited to my ideas only. I had to correct a whole lot of stuffs after launch which was time taking. So sometimes, it’s not all about you having the money to complete the project but getting the right and knowledgeable team members to work with you.
2)   Lesser Work Force: My project took about 8 Months to complete even when I was paying 9 persons to work with me FULL TIME. Sometimes, some projects require more work forces with very knowledgeable persons leading some key departments.
3)   Language Issue: Okay after launch, I had lots of customers from other countries who don’t speak English at all, and I lost all of them!
4)   More Research: I am a very good programmer and a business developer, within those Months of developing and supervising other developers and Marketers working with me, no one was doing some additional research towards how to implement, best methods and the rest. I practically had to do all these after the project has been launched.
And many more.

The intending project also would have related issues but I have drawn out a simple process towards achieving this.

It’s a very big project with lots of work required for it to be a success.  For whatever skill you have it would really help! We would all be paid in the coin which we would develop. I want to raise a 50 Man team for this Project cos of its diversity.  The required positions are as follows;

Team Members Benefit: There are a whole lots of benefit joining this project. The ultimate benefit is the coin.  From the total coin which would be developed, we would set aside a particular percentage for the development and management of the project. The coin would be shared based on the total number of hours each team members worked for the whole duration before the product launch even after. The Accountant would keep record of all of this.
As the initial idea creator and Project Manager until we employ other persons to take charge after launch, I would be paid 5% of the total coins allocated for development and management (once) and would also qualify for the Hourly payments for all team members.
The amount of tokens to be shared for all team members per hour has been structured on my detailed paper and also how to measure what was done daily.



Initial startup Funds: The project would need some startup funds to begin, i would support the project with about $2k - $5k as kick start funds to pay for some very important stuffs like Company registration, Branding, domain & Hosting and so many other basic stuffs. Other team members can also support with the aim of getting more initial coins via the First Initial Pre-Sale.



Pre-Sale Road Map: If any of the team members decide to buy some of the coins when it has been developed, they can do so during development which would be locked to an Escrow account for Marketing purpose ONLY. The team member’s presale ratio has been detailed in the exclusive team member’s paper.  There would be an exclusive right for all team members to add to their coin by taking advantage of the team members’ pre-launch which would happen later during project development.
The coin would not be launched immediately; the project would be launched first before the coin so as to give lots of value to the coin when it has been launched.




Profit & Sharing Ratio: There is no profits sharing, no one owns the company, there is no CEO we are all CO-Founders with an elected Director! 70% of the profits are sent back to the coin and burnt while we take advantage of the coin price increase as our benefit.  The 30% Not burnt is used to run the other stuffs currently not foreseen and other expenses that might arise. Like payment of salaries of users who are not team members, e.t.c
Illustration: If in a particular Month, we made $150,000 as profits. For that Month, we would purchase our own token worth 70% which is $105,000 and burn it. There is no share of profit for anyone. We the developers continue to work on the project and we continue to get paid in developer’s coin continuously. So everyone will be working to increase the value of the coin they hold.



Marketing Illustration & Game Plan: Every business has its strength and weakness; we would make use of our strength so well and turn it into a fortune. It’s very easy for people to begin their E-commerce business with us since everything is basically free and all technical stuffs would have been built and provided for them. It’s very easy to get up to 50,000 websites running and accepting the coin which is superb for Future marketing and adoption.

According to the paper I wrote exclusively for the team members, the coin’s pre-sale’s estimation is to raise just $50,000 for marketing the project even before the coin’s launch.

Based on experience marketing a fully white labeled platform, I was able to register up to 2,000 users with a $1000 marketing budget. So the cost was about spending $0.5 per registered user with lots of SEO work also. With a $50,000 Marketing budget plan, we are looking to register between 100,000 – 150,000 resellers to use our solution.
So, if we advertise and say ‘over 50,000 businesses ready for adoption’. Then this is massive!  Before the coin launch, we should be able to launch the project and even start recording some transactions; this would make adoption so simple and easy.


Steps Towards Achieving All These: I know I placed a marketing budget of $50,000 for the project itself.  Well, I think this is achievable within team members themselves, if not then we would continue developing the project while we extend the pre-sale to some other users outside the team.

I've said it because if you're developing your token then intend to secure team members by offering them as salary it's got to be attractive otherwise. If you're serious about initial investment of $5k but want team members to buy more tokens from their pockets to cover other costs then what chances it's going to happen?

Its achievable if you have money to pay them. Not one person will work for free (or for promise of shitcoin payment), let alone 50. Why are you developing a custom token? Just use Bitcoin or something else...

He's creating a token to pay team members salary and he wants team members to buy them because funds raised are going back in to cover business expenses, he thinks it's going to entice them. He won't pay using Bitcoin because he won't be able to fund it to pay a team of 50. It's possible but difficult without funding.

The idea sounds good as well as your description conveys that you have enough technical knowledge in regards the ecommerce system you are trying to achieve.
Unfortunately, the proposal for the team members seems a little too vague and unrealistic especially at this stage.
I am almost in the same boat working on my idea for more than a year, nothing technical though but the concept is quite unique and serves a very niche big market.
One thing I know from an investor point of view to avoid when building a team is as follow.
Things to avoid:
What investors are concerned about

Having a team with no prior experience
There are no details about the group
Falsifying information about who is in the group
Including fictitious track records
Having a high and frequent staff turnover
