Many members already give the threads you need to read it's all about yours if you are trying to understand and read that given information, the merit system prevents the spammers to rank up immediately and join to the campaigns. The forum consists of different information and experiences of other members related to the crypto world, you can use this to your journey to this forum, its not all about the campaign there are members getting active, and got merit that's the reason they rank up immediately. You are a newbie and of course, you want to earn merit but please avoid getting copy-paste from the internet without a proper link just to make sure it looks like constructive to get merit. We want a knowledgeable member, not a shit poster.
Maybe, the OP read from outside that someone can earn from joining campaigns. However, being a newbie here, is not favorable on his part as there are no signature campaigns accepting newbie. So before he can realize his objective, he needs to follow those above suggestions. While earning his way up, better look around and learn more about crypto. And who knows, he can venture into mining, staking or farming which may give him more income than waiting to be eligible for campaign. There are so many hidden gems in this forum, he just needs to look around.
