You can use many centralized exchanges (Kraken or Coinbase), to buy Bitcoin with SEPA but you would need to pass kyc verification for this, and there are always risk doing this.

My suggestion is to try downloading decentralized exchange Bisq that also have option with SEPA payments and you don't need to pass any kyc verification:

Now you just have to choose, use KYC or not? if you feel willing to provide personal data, at least there is another alternative to take, visit an exchange that doesn't burden you with advanced verification. As suggested above, choose Coinbase, Kraken, or maybe better go to Binance and other payments.

I can suggest Bitcoin Store HR, based in Croatia, which is a legitimate company (Digital Assets d.o.o.) and has been operating for years. There is a fee of 2-5% depending on which type of cryptocurrency you are buying. It accepts SEPA transfers and is available to European customers.
