I agree that what other people are saying is very important but I also check complaints very carefully as well. There are just way too many people in the world who do not feel any problem at all when they are saying bad things about a casino when in fact they are the ones who are in wrong. This is by far the most important aspect. Don't skip the due diligence step especially concerning reviews from others.
