Globalization is the interconnectedness of the world through trade and technology and making the world a global village where the activities of every human are now interconnected void of every restriction, the industrialization era gave birth to globalization, which aim at making trade and technology more simple and far-reaching in term of services.
Bitcoin have always been viewed as a price and data agent in this aspect, that is most people viewed Bitcoin as just investment and commodity with constant rising price and also viewing blockchain as a data storage tool because every transaction and activity on the blockchain are stored for life.

Over some few days back I invested some time to reanalysingand anarticlesome article on the main function of Bitcoin and I discovered Bitcoin has several functions other than the affirmation function which is primarily known to most Bitcoin hoareers that is, bitcoin as a price and data tool.
Grehasctionlobalization have eradicated border restrictions and have made the world a global village in terms of commerce and technology and the Bitcoin is a modern technology and an agent If globalization that aims at enhancing borderless trade and technology.

Your statement is wrong to me, my point in Bitcoin being an agent of globalization since globalization is the inter-dependant of the world as an economic and social environment with relation to trade and technology which is the bedrock of all human development and civilization making the world a global village, the three agents of globalization where mention on the last paragraph of the post which is industrialization, internet, and globalization and the last and recent is Bitcoin all the mentioned agents are providing borderless services.

Bitcoin can truely be call a part of development that can transformed the world just like industry and technology have done, bitcoin give the freedom to send and received money globally.

I think bitcoin may be a fix to those damages.

As it flattens financial relationship between individuals from different countries, it will be easier (when adoption grows) for everyone to buy something in another country online or when travelling. Fiat currency conversion fees are usually high, and there might also be taxes. If both parties are using bitcoin directly, financial relationships between people from different countries might become easier, faster and cheaper.

Somehow it may make globalization easier for everyone.

What makes you think Bitcoin is on its own and controlled by rich people, Bitcoin and the blockchain in its right sense and idea is to provide freedom for all its users just like Bitcoin solve the problem of intermediary so it the same with every decentralized cryptocurrency Bitcoin can be own in whatever bits and individual can afford.

And where does the idea of the rich few come from? How do they control the way the Bitcoin network works anyway?

The blockchain system is free to move, rich people can not play like you said, They must first understand the mechanism it works.

It could be an agent if globally it will be adopted. But if bitcoin is going to the hands of the few then it won't be any globalization agent as you have describe. It will become a tool just like what we have today, constant buying and selling in the crypto exchange. I know it was design to be used as payment method with no borders, but today it is very different as it become a commodity.

I truly appreciate this comment as it has taken me memory lane to the functions and stages of development, Bitcoin is a global payment agent no thought about, my aim was to trigger a discussion in the forum that will make room for individual contribution based on the topic. The main motive of Bitcoin was to destroy the restrictions in the financial industry which to some extent is a product of industrialization. But we may say it is an advanced stage now because the world is advancing and technological development in various stages has taken place
