Call me conspiranoid if you want, but it smells to me that you are not as new to the forum as you want to pretend.

As for what you are asking, just go read the different parts of the forum. You will find some that interest you more and others less. Read, and write if you think you have something interesting to contribute. As you use the forum, you will find questions that you can ask and the members will help you.

You've done the right thing compiling rules and guidelines that will guide you on how to proceed on this forum, every newbie should take time before posting here, to read and compile rules, I have seen a lot of newbies getting tagged because of not following and violating rules and then wonder why they are tagged, ignorance of the rules is no exception, somne of hem do not even know what merits are after many months of posting.

There are so many helpful links around, focus on stickies on boards that interest you as it contains valuable information about that subject.

By the way aside from the rules, you should know that there also things frowned upon in here. Rules are different from what is frowned upon by the community. You'll be tagged when you do such things that are frowned upon in here, thus affecting your reputation in here.

Example you would see in one of your links which is [Unofficial list of (official) Bitcointalk.org rules, guidelines, FAQ] that

Alt accounts are allowed, but it does not mean that you should give merit or even vouch for your own alt. That is one example of what is frowned upon in here that is not a written rule.

If you already familiarized with the links that youve sent or already used to it then you are good to go. You already knew what should and shouldnt do here in forum. Regarsing your own achievement, then its prolly dependa on your own skill set. Some here rank up and become high ranking forum members due to their unique approach here about different topics. I suggest you do the same and be more active and more sensual when you interact with a post.
