LTC has been a very safe option for a long time. Grayscale even left a separate place for LTC in their trust fund. I think it will be quite reassuring and safe to invest in LTC. While XMR, Zcash has room for the need for anonymity for users. Their claims are still in the supported range. I will go to heaven with Zcash or XMR. I prefer to buy Monero besides Zcash but Zcash is another option to buy if you want to hold it for the long term.
But you should have bitcoin for the investment because bitcoin will have more chances to increase so high than the altcoin. The altcoin will be good be a short-term investment.
