Can you send here your wallet address so that we can view the route of your transaction? Does your stake coins was staked there before you noticed it was vanished or it vanished right after you staked it? It will be helpful if you can send screenshot of your account balance and maybe can spot what's wrong. It seems there's no maintenance on there side so there might be a bug on your account or something, Try contacting there support too contact@moonstake.io

Not sure whats going on, I've only transferred in....its not an up to date balance either

Good, They might be updating there website but they should inform there user on there twitter or any social media so that it will not cause any panic to there user. Please keep this thread updated on your issue once it was resolve so that other moonstake user here will see this and be informed on what's going on. This is the first time to visit moonstake honestly and binance earn locked staking has more APY offered than moonstake, Maybe you can consider that.

I am afraid that this project was hacked and all money was withdrawn from the project by a thief. It is quite a common thing today that a lot of platforms are hacked and people lose their money.I also have had one unpleasant situation recently. I staked my coins on one defi project and then it was hacked, as a result 30 millions of dollars were lost, but this defi project promised a compensation. Maybe it is something similar in your case.

Tried to dig too. They are active in Twitter yesterday and it seems like there is no issue on anything even the android and IOS applications. If there is, they will announce it on every social media page they have.
Perhaps this is a bug on OP's end. If I were you I'd do a quick printscreen of everything from transaction hash of ADA being deposited to their staking address and/or the moment you put it at stake using their app.
Contact their support as early as you could. Don't let this take too long for them to doubt the credibility of your issue.

It's weird if coins just disappear, I almost never hear about it, usually people lose coins for some reason, email can't be logged in, the wallet can't be used anymore, or the application you use can't log back in.

Also, you mentioned that there is no transaction at all on moonstake, I think this problem is your own fault, try logging in again with the correct email, if this doesn't work, ask for the forgotten password to be re-sent to the linked email.

Most of the times, when unusual activities happens within a wallet or platform, it is always right to contact the team on whatever social media channel they are active on and get first hand information about the issue, so far you are sure you did the right thing. Therefore, it would be wise to contact their customer service representative or team, you can start with telegram as it is always the fastest, and lay your complian and challenges. But coins can't just vanish, could be there is an update going on which is bringing up glitches or resulting in bugs, just be patient and contact the team..
