L3 is an altcoin miner, there is a separate section for that, anyway, you need to use an Sdcard and flash the miner, go to this link >

You should also fix the underlying issue, how did the virus get into your miner? if you bought miner used then it came infected, if this is a recent event then your network could be compromised, you need to isolate the miner, change the root password, disable SSH if it's enabled, change your router's password, PC's password, only you can tell what things need to be done to stop this from happening again.
