RainbowKun's topics are looong. They are interesting but not to everyone's taste. The average forum user wouldn't know what to respond after reading one of his articles. I read the first two pieces that were recommended in OP. They are very philosophical and contain an abundance of facts and figures. Although a lot of what he says is his own thinking and point of view, I noticed he doesn't link to any sources or references that would explain the dates facts he. At least not in the 2 threads I read. I am not accusing RainbowKun of anything and it would be a shame if he left or was forced to leave.

@RainbowKun
If you are writing all that from your own memory, congratulations to you. If not, please consider adding some references because there is a lot of data there.

it.is indeed.very good to make a film about bitcoin but whether.the film will be a lot.of people watching.it, I think if.this is the case.it would.be good to be considered again considering.that later people who do not understand will look for bitcoin and moreover.they do not understand at all this, because bitcoin is currently.no longer necessary to be introduced to various forms.of films as.discussed, right?
And this is the type of stuff I'm talking about when I say the section is infested with shitposters.
The Btcvilla guy seems to make headlines everywhere he goes. I see that you you noticed him as well.

Check out these gems of his from the other day:
why most.people are reluctant.to talk about bitcoin maybe because they don't understand or because there.are many rejections from various countries.against bitcoin, maybe that could.be one of them.therefore if.this happens.it's not just a car that can.be used to buy bitcoin even there.are so many other examples.that can.be used to buy something but at this time we still can't.use it.we just need to wait for time for it.to hopefully.happen
Dude, you forgot a full stop at the end of your last sentence!

The 2nd part came soon after:
maybe many people will do this if.the company wants.to accept bitcoin as a means.of payment to buy a car, but for now we need a lot.of patience.to do this because in.my country the government has.not released.bitcoin as a legal currency in.Indonesia. my country, if.the government had.relieved.it then I would.have done that to buy a vehicle

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

rainbowkun has atleast shown that he has put some thought into his articles before writing it. but its more philosophical rather than matter of fact.

more "bitcoin should be a one world reserve currency" in about 5 posts i seen of his. as one example of his mindset.

you can tell he has put some sitting back and thinking time, and then some time to write them. but as a newbie he has still alot to learn about bitcoin.
i have corrected a few misconceptions he has made and he has adapted a few things. but he is still in the learning process.

nothing wrong with opinion pieces of philosophy. but trying to write them out as if they are bitcoin matter of facts is a different story. he is still too early in his learning to be trying 'matter of fact' stuff

he is getting there. and i probably would give him merit in future. but just parts of his articles still rub me the wrong way and remind me that he is still a newbie. so not yet at a point of winning merit.
(one article said bitcoin first, blockchain second. .. another article said the opposite way round.. another article said its a database. ..  i had to correct him by saying its a ledger not a database. as ledgers have more meaning and better definition of structure and function)
there are other examples where he still does not get the full concept of bitcoin, and just seems too philosophical like he is trying to hype promote bitcoin to newbies without realising for people to be on this forum they have already been though the promotion part to have found and joined the forum.

i have nothing against the deep thought stuff. and its this that makes me half want to award him merit as its surprising to come from a newbie. but he still lacks something which just ends up with me holding back from awarding merit.

nothing against anyone giving merit to him for the little snippits of detail he does get right. but overall. still not always all right as a whole post. so he has some more learning to do.

i think he needs to spend a couple more months asking questions before making posts pretending to give answers. .. he just isnt quite yet there to be giving out 'matter of fact' style articles.
  • Philosophy always seems to be able to inspire thinking and open a deeper level of wisdom. Seeing your explanation, I seem to be more looking forward to the content he will publish later, although I personally think his content is ideal and does not reflect reality.
  • I also look forward to seeing more views about him, which will give birth to more different views.
In history, various countries are looking for different ways to apply to their own country's development and reform. They are all born out of discussion and debate. The way to verify the future is to create a new world in continuous thinking ~ debate ~ practice.

his thoughts aim around many posts of
"what if there was another bretton woods" to then launch his narrative into bitcoin being a "one world currency" replacing not just all fiats. but also all governments.

but one deep thought he has missed
governments only done bretton woods for their own selfish need to gaining power..
they didnt do it for the betterment of citizens. nor did they do it to make them less powerful

no government would make a law that would make them jobless

so yea, in the end rainbow needs to learn more about what bitcoin is, does and can do. without venturing into the philosophical, dreamstate of wishful thinking

I DO NOT TRADE OR ACT AS ESCROW ON THIS FORUM EVER.
Please do your own research & respect what is written here as both opinion & information gleaned from experience. many people replying with insults but no on-topic content substance, automatically are 'facepalmed' and yawned at

Just like people don’t like to read books nowadays. Now that everyone’s knowledge is more fragmented, we often choose to read tiktok for a while instead of reading a novel seriously. It's not that people don't like deep knowledge, but compared to it, those fragmented knowledge are easier to accept (because fragmented knowledge does not require brain thinking). I think that although Bitcointalk is more capable of accepting in-depth knowledge than other forums, it is still far from the previous level. Even some dynamic avatars can affect people's concentration, so it's not because we don't want to read in-depth knowledge, but because there is no suitable environment.

It is also true that there are very few great philosophers, thinkers, poets, and those ancient sayings only stay in our history. Now our material world has become extremely rich, and the tools for transmitting information are becoming more and more rapid and rich. However, there are fewer and fewer people who can really calm down to think and learn.

  • 1.After reading such a long article, I was sweating and felt that if I didn't take notes, I would forget it after reading it. There are too many theoretical things. I think a lot of what he said is right. He has strong writing skills, strong logic, and very provocative articles. Maybe he has published books, but I always think he is very idealistic.
  • 2.I think who he is and what he does, whether he has made any achievements in the blockchain industry, is not very important, and there is no crown to enter the forum and allow us to read his thoughts. I think it is more valuable. He said that the super-sovereign currency, I am very excited after reading it, if it is realized, it is really Bitcoin that has changed the world.
  • 3.I think logical imagination is wonderful, but the most wonderful thing is to give practice. This is causality. I really want to see what he has to do besides writing articles, and then see if what he did is in line with his ideas.
I am a realist, but I really like articles that give me room for imagination.
There is also a very important point.I think that many readers of the forum have limited cognitive abilities, and they are not uninterested in his articles, but they have not yet reached the ability to fully understand his ideas.

Thank you for your approval of these articles. I am now trying to shorten my articles as much as possible. But if we want to describe a complete thinking logic, we still need a certain amount of text support. I don't just want to explain a conclusion, but I want to describe the process of reaching the conclusion. Most of my articles are based on future predictions, which is the evolution direction of Bitcoin. Although most of them have not yet been realized one by one, I believe that Bitcoin will eventually build a new human civilization.

Quote
At that time, we were Binance’s biggest competitor. This project is world-famous. But because of some reasons from the founder of the project, we failed in the process of competing with Binance. At the right time in the future, I will tell the story that happened that year.
So you are a big man hidden behind the novice account?

Quote
Why is my writing frequency so high? I have produced more than 20 independent articles throughout July. Because I have very limited time now.
That is to say you are developing a project? wow, will you do it on bitcointalk? Do I have the opportunity to participate in private sale or donate?

Quote
Every time I write an article, I try to put forward an independent point of view as much as possible, and then describe my thinking process of this point of view, and finally draw my conclusions.
Yes, according to my observation, many newbies now only post their own questions, and when others reply and answer them, they get no response, or even a thanks. It’s always good to have your own independent thinking.

Thank you again for your recommendation. I am just an ordinary learner, not a big boss. Here, I just want to record my in-depth thinking about Bitcoin. One is to transform my fragmented thinking into systematic knowledge, and the other is to further improve my knowledge system in the process of continuous communication with you. In the next month, I will launch my own blockchain project, Rainbow DAO. You are welcome to participate. We will build DAO communities in different countries around the world, and we need Bitcoin believers to build together. I am also constantly learning to further improve my cognitive system.

Quote
Thank you very much kaggie for raising these questions. I will summarize and reply to these questions raised by kaggie. In fact, many answers have been included in my previous articles. For more details, please see my first article published on July 1:  Bitcoin is not just a currency, but represents a new human civilization.
Hahah, oh, I get my own initial reservations now.
I think I turned off immediately because of that post, and it's largely because there are users here every few days
claiming to be some famous figure (like being Satoshi, having a decade old hard drive with bitcoin, or this guy https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5352028.msg57581914#msg57581914 ), along with all of the new accounts that are created to sell something.

Your post above was also a bit over the top optimistic... even though I would agree.
It's just not your standard introduction, "Hello, I'd like to introduce you to something that will change the world on a big scale."
It sounds like a religious pitch. So, in that context, I immediately turned off. (Not that I'm anybody.)
And perhaps, there was a little bit of jealousy because I agree too much, and thought of writing related things myself.  Wink Cool

I find that you use key words, terms and concepts that are discussed briefly in your articles that could also be themes of new posts to provide more background.

Good luck with your DAO and DeFi projects.

Thank you again for your approval and blessings. I am just an ordinary person who has changed because of Satoshi Nakamoto. I now record my in-depth thinking about Bitcoin, hoping to get more inspiration in the process of continuous communication. I firmly believe that Bitcoin is changing the world, and I will follow the pace of Satoshi Nakamoto and use my own power to accelerate the pace of Bitcoin changing the world. I believe that more and more people will reach a consensus on this point. You are also welcome to write your own opinions, we will communicate with each other and improve together.

Yes, I wrote these articles based on my own memory. They have all become part of my own knowledge system. At the same time, some of the contents are the most basic historical events. I will make a certain summary of these historical events and draw my own opinions. These are my fragmented thoughts over the past four years. I now record these fragmented thoughts in the form of articles so that they can form systematic knowledge. At the right time in the future, I will publish these articles into books and translate them into different languages for global distribution. I think this is part of the evangelism on Bitcoin.

rainbowkun has atleast shown that he has put some thought into his articles before writing it. but its more philosophical rather than matter of fact.

Thank you franky1 for my continued attention to these articles. I have also seen many wonderful replies from you, and they have also inspired me a lot. As you said, these articles of mine are more philosophical thinking. Compared with technical discourse, philosophical thinking is fundamentally different. Technical articles must be rigorous, without any ambiguity. Philosophical thinking is relatively more open, and there is no standard answer. Everyone has different knowledge systems, different educational backgrounds, and different levels of understanding, and the final answer will be different. I also hope to further improve my knowledge system through these differentiated thinking. I also said in the previous article that although I am a newbie in the forum, I am not a newbie in the crypto world. I have a deep understanding of Bitcoin and the crypto world. From a purely technical point of view, perhaps some of my articles are contradictory to each other. But if they are disassembled into different modules and analyzed from different angles, they will also conform to a certain logic. For example, the themes of my series of articles these days are all about the core point that Bitcoin will become a super-sovereign currency in the future. I explained my understanding of Bitcoin from six different aspects: the history of the gold standard, the history of the Bretton Woods system, the Keynes Plan, the Triffin dilemma, the history of paper money, and Hayek's book: Denationalization of Money. Some of this knowledge is related to economics, and some are historical allusions, but they all show that our current world currency system is unreasonable. Therefore, a worldwide economic crisis will definitely occur in the future, and the existing world monetary system will definitely collapse. When the existing world currency system collapses, the people will actively choose to establish a brand new world currency system. This new world order is built around Bitcoin. Yes, what I said is far from being a reality. These are my predictions for the future based on past history and basic economics knowledge. This is the basic law and inevitable choice for the evolution of human society. I firmly believe that the future will become a reality, and maybe it will take 10, 20, or even 50 years. The words I wrote are more prophetic and point the way for the future. I will also devote myself to the evangelism of Bitcoin in this direction to help this prediction become a reality sooner.

Recently I was reading RainbowKun's article. Every time  they are more philosophical. I need some time to understand his article. Several times I needed to read it several times to understand what he meant. His views are new every time. I also learned a lot in his article. Every article of RainbowKun has many words, which may make people who see it "skip". But there are a lot of things to learn, and the logic is relatively strong. I admire such a silent and selfless person. Learn from RainbowKun.

I usually read RainbowKun’s articles when I’m fine. The text wall is too strong to understand. I need to read it several times. Reading RainbowKun's article, I feel that my basic knowledge is not enough. I will study in my spare time. I just read a few more articles. I feel that RainbowKun has a wide range of knowledge. The time spent in the field of encryption is indeed very long. There are many posts that are also useful for novices, but there is a small suggestion:
I hope it can be simpler next time I post an article. You may not have much time to study this article, but this contribution is worth learning.
It's not just RainbowKun. ... There are also many people contributing silently in the forum, so you can learn more about it.

*snip*

This. I was reading some of his posts, and his writings are those kind of threads that you'd need to stop after a few sentences to get a good grasp of the message (not necessarily a good or a bad thing). Couple that with the fact that the topics are decently lengthy, I could get why most of the readers aren't responding to his threads. Most people simply don't have the patience, and instead prefer responding to those really bland and redundant threads.

To Mr. RainbowKun, if you haven't yet, I suggest you take a good look at Robert Breedlove's writings and YouTube interviews. I could almost guarantee that you're going to be interested.

I read some of his posts. The content of his posts is very logical, and the ideas are novel and very valuable, but it is not easy to understand and it takes a lot of time and energy. Reading his articles will learn a lot of knowledge and make me think involuntarily, which is very enlightening to me.
He has published a lot of articles on the forum, he has made a certain contribution to the community and is very helpful to anyone in the forum. I will continue to study his articles to learn more about Bitcoin.

When he was publishing the first article, I noticed RainbowKun. At the beginning he briefly introduced himself. At that time, I was a novice when I entered the forum. His posts are very rich in content and full of posts. Full of essence, I replied to his first article. I think I agree with him. I am also a loyal believer of Bitcoin, but he exported too many knowledge points. I have to read his post many times. Slowly penetrate. But now seeing the value brought by each of his posts, it is obvious that the old members appreciate him and look forward to every sharing in the future.

Thank you for your suggestions and recognition, I will not reply one by one. I am also trying to write simple words as much as possible to express more concise views. In the process of continuous communication with all of us, my knowledge system can also be improved to a certain extent.

rainbowkun has atleast shown that he has put some thought into his articles before writing it. but its more philosophical rather than matter of fact.

*snip*

Hi, mk4, thank you for your suggestions and recommendations. I will also look for some Robert Breedlove's writings and YouTube interviews. I believe these works will give me a lot of help. These articles of mine are indeed very long, and many friends have given similar suggestions. I now try to shorten the content as much as possible in the writing process. But in many cases, it is really difficult to reduce. Many of these articles of mine belong to philosophical thinking. Not only do I have to give a conclusion, but I also have to write the process of reaching this conclusion. This causes a lot of text to appear verbose. They will certainly not be liked by most people. However, I think it is still necessary. They may be suitable for some friends who like to think deeply. With my writing level, I can easily write many short works that are popular with most people in the forum, and cater to most people's preferences. However, this is not what I want. I hope to organize my fragmented thinking into systematic knowledge. There is an opportunity to publish these articles into books in the future. As part of the evangelism for Bitcoin. I believe that in the next five to ten years, as the global consensus on Bitcoin continues to strengthen, more and more people will realize the value of my articles.

Don't force to shorten your threads if not possible because there are simply some topics that is going to be inevitably lengthy. But yea, if you want to bring your writing to the next level, you have to make your content a bit more compact. You wouldn't want your readers to get uninterested at the get-go. Good luck!

Thanks again to mk4 for your suggestions and blessings. In the coming days, I will improve my writing ability in many ways. One is that the description of the language is more concise, the second is to improve the overall readability of the article, and the third is to continuously optimize the typesetting skills. But no matter what, every article will ensure complete logic, not just draw a conclusion.

I see that RainbowKUN's article has undergone some changes. He marked some important points in red and divided his paragraphs.

This is a good change. I am very happy that he can accept our suggestions and hope that he can create better articles.

LOL.

This was the failest of Epic Fails that I've seen here in quite a while... Dozens of hours of carefully-planned text spinning down the drain.

It's the equivalent of bothering to engineer fake eggs that pass regulatory muster when its cheaper to raise actual hens.

The roosters have been eaten, now the female chickens that are still hanging around and laying eggs haven't hatched, some have hatched and have become independent children, Some of the eggs are rotten and cannot hatch again, but they are still under the guidance of the hen, if the female is cut off, the children will find their own food.

Seems to have to wait for the chicks a bit big, the meat feels solid and good grilled.

The strangest phenomenon, occurred in 2021, caused by floods and hurricanes, plus covid, like wasps finding beehives.
