Not enough vaccinations/quarantines to eliminate the virus before it had a chance to evolve into a more dangerous form.

How did the virus come from a scientific pointof view?

Like all living things, viruses are subject to genetic mutation and natural selection resulting in the evolution of new viruses better adapted to their environment (which is bad news if that environment happens to be your body). We can't say 100% but we can say with a very high probability that it came into being because some scientists in the laboratory of Wuhan Institute of Technology played God.

The Institute was partially funded by Fauci:

Virus spreads that is its nature and we call it as infectious but virus and bacteria and everything exist here even before the emergence of human. Specific virus is just the evolution of its previous virus and covid 19 is just the mutated or evolution of Sars which is in the earth for very long time.
