Anyone know when IOTA will stop denying access to our funds

IOTA team has not provided access to funds if you have your keys stored on Ledger Nano S for months! That is months of not letting you have access to coins you paid for! They said the support will be available after a couple of weeks after chrysalis upgrade, but it has been months. They refuse to give an ETA and they ban people who ask questions. The fanboys downvote anyone who criticises the team for failing to stop holding their funds hostage. Considering legal action unless SOMEONE has reliable information about WHEN they will release the funds, not involving the word SOON. Thank you, anyone.
