There are some old and established crypto exchanges that Offer OTC bitcoin and crypto trading, such as Kraken and the likes. Have you tried them out?

On any exchange with big enough volume. Sooner or later (directly or indirectly) that's where everybody is buying from.
Make an account and start buying. If everything is legit, KYC is not a problem. Go for one that has offices in UK, if you're from UK.

Coming here with such questions shows that you don't know what you're doing (and this is dangerous when working with money). I don't know nor care whether it's the case or not.
Asking the seller comply with whatever escrow you want (and not one of the reputable escrows from the forum) may be seen as a signal that you may want to scam. Again, I don't know nor care whether it's the case or not.
And if you are expecting forum members sell millions worth of bitcoin (since I expect institutional investors don't play with 100s of $) just like that, you're mistaking. Your best bet is an exchange.

There's a high possibility that this guy is not fully knowledgeable on crypto and someone refer to him about a client that asking for crypto investment with a high pay rate that's why he is making a DYOR first on where they can buy a safe and stable source of BTC daily. Not all people are prioritizing the law when entering because sometime they are using crypto to dodge the law.


I recommend Binance to do this kind of business since they have a VIP system for there customer and insurance fund for protection in possible hacking event.

Right, unless the institution is ready to spend so much money on fees and consultation as one can easily buy any amount of bitcoin on an exchange I am aware of a lot of institutional investors who bought through coinbase, best exchange, and a host of others. Engaging the service of an escrow in purchasing large amounts will attract much as the escrow fee will be calculated according to the volume of the transaction.

Huge deals are delicate to handle even if there's an escrow. There are OTC exchanges where you can buy this and that's going to be the best place IMO to buy it.

We have that option to purchase it online with those big and reputable exchange but if it happens that you know there's an OTC market in your area, you can give it a try although rates are likely different from the usual.
