Fake Polkastartes! SCAM! Know whats what in Telegram!

Hi Guys. I was in crypto since 2017 and i had lots of IDOs, ICOs etc. But yesterday first time in my cryptolife i defrauded. I was trying to join Lithium IDO and i had to be fast. I didnt even read the instruactions because i was in fake group and its so old method Some friend was waiting for me out and i coudnt realised scammers create fake Group, fake polkastarter website and add me there . I sent my funds to him as amateurs. JUst be aware of scammer all the time. Double Check urls and close adding the groups in Telegram. Dont let who is not in your contacts to add you in channels.

Even though you are old enough in the crypto market, you have been the victim of such scams which is very surprising. As far as I understand, you were in a hurry to participate in this IDO in the hope of making a big profit, so you easily fell into the trap of scammers. You are too greedy and don't check the URL in detail whether it's a real site or not because for now in every quality IDO/IEO sale especially in polkastarter and Lithium that I know will launch IEO on KuCoin of course this will invite scamers to create fake groups and other tricks and this has become possible that some members will be pulled by a fake group in the name of Lithium I think this is indeed your negligence.

You are absolutely right. I was in Rush and didnt realised also i had never used polkastarter before and i failed But after relaising i bought some from Kucoin anyway.

It can be seen from the domain that you can tell the difference from the original, so I think this is your fault because you have never used the original Polkastarter before, so after scamers made it look real.

Well, this may be a lesson in the future, hopefully you will understand better how to distinguish the original phishing site, the most important thing is that we report this site to the domain party to follow up so that this site is quickly deactivated.

I think defrauded meant that OP was being wise against these scammers and OP failed on this one thinking that it's the same as other scams from the past so OP didn't expect that they got the upper hand this time.
