I've never had any problems with stake.com paying out bonuses. Quite the opposite in fact. Are you still at that platinum level? From the dates of your messages it looks like you were at one point and received the bonus in July... Maybe you tried to claim another bonus as your status was being downgraded by using the previous month's level as your proof? That's really the only thing I can think of. Seems shady that you'd have to reach out for these types of bonuses anyway. It isn't like they're manually doing all this stuff. I'm sure the system would have rewarded you had you earned it...

Weird, Steve is from senior management and he should be able to provide the all necessary data on why you are not allowed to take bonuses. Probably you breach the terms&condiitons and they refuse to give bonus, another reason can be a second alternative account which is not welcome to abuse the bonuses for VIP achievements.

Aside participating in stake's campaign, I do know them to be one of the most reputable crypto casinos and sport books at the moment. This is actually the first time I'm seeing someone complaining about not receiving their bonuses despite having a VIP host. I'll suggest you keep trying to contact their live support staff and while you're at it, try to approach them with respect. These bonuses, reloads and rakebacks we get from stake are nothing but privileges - not a right.

I guess it’s not about the second alternative id, as it’s maybe allowed in stake(i have forgotten though). Also if it’s not allowed in stake of multi account then at first he shouldn’t be assigned to his VIP host. I guess there is some misunderstanding between both the parties. And also we should not blame Steve for this, without listening or seeing the actual fact. OP have you tried contacting Live Support at site and also if possible message here Stunna with your issue.

This is not true at all. I’ve already went through ownership of account verification with their Live Support where they asked me to provide screenshots of deposits and withdrawals of my Account which I complied and did. And also requested me to login to the account with the registration IP which I also did. I’ve already went through this process. And I also sent Steve an email from the registered email adress associated with my stake account. He’s making up false accussations at this point. I think that he’s reffering to the day I joined Stake and almost fell for a phishing attempt on my account, but I never fell for this, I can go through the verification process 10 times if needed.

wait, if the OP is not the owner of the other account. was the other account hacked? not sure if it is on your ToS but shouldn't you locked the other account for security reasons since another user has access to that account and will only be unlocked if the owner of the account contacted you requesting for the account to be unclocked?

This case is rather strange as it seems that OP wants to transfer his bonuses to another account. If you are the legit account owner, why don't you just login and claim via VIP tab, or links on telegram? It always works for me. I never heard about VIP accounts that have no bonus or have to do xyz to claim the bonus.

I don't see how my previous accusations are even relevant in the current case. I am not accusing Stake of rigging my bets or anything of that sort. All I'm trying to say is that Stake (Steve) has been purposefully delaying paying out my bonuses since a few days. All the proofs of my claims have been accompanied by necessary proofs. You seem to be poorly informed on what's going on here, so let me clear things up. I made a new account wagered 4.5m$+ fairly and contacted Steve on telegram to claim my bonuses. If you didn't know how Stake's bonuses worked, users are assigned a VIP Host whom we're supposed to contact on Telegram to claim the bonuses. There was no request to transfer any bonuses from one account to another, All I've asked is for the bonuses to be added to my vault on the very account I wagered and played on.

Thanks for giving us some insight, although we need some more evidence against it. Because speculation is still lacking. Because of the reputation of Stake.com which has been good for its users. Even I myself have been there for a long time. If you have more evidence, perhaps it will be greatly appreciated by other users, for exposing lies.

Steve hasn't responded to me via email or telegram or any other platform yet. He doesn't want to admit that he was wrong. I've verified with support yet again that I am indeed the owner of my account. To prove his baseless accusations incorrect Edit1: I am ready to provide any more necessary proofs to support or Stunna to prove the ownership of my account Edit2: It's also funny how the employer is meriting his employee's post making baseless accusations.

That's not how leveling up bonus works, afaik leveling up bonus needs to be claimed through live support for lower rank and through VIP host for higher rank (plat 3 and above) because it is not available on the VIP tab under your account setting. The confusion here is, if it is true that OP is not the owner of the mentioned account on telegram (as claimed by Steve), what's the purpose of OP requesting it since if he is not the owner and logically he can do nothing with the bonus.

To verify the ownership of my account. I was asked to show deposits from my wallet and to login from the device I first logged in from and also email them from the registered email address. The live support rep I talked to was positive that I indeed owned my account (You can go through the screenshots from my previous posts). At this point Steve is just making baseless accusations and trying to avoid a direct conversation with me for some reason. He hasn't replied on Telegram nor via email since 5 days.

Update: My account just got banned for no specified reason and I have been screwed out of about $9,000 in bonuses.
I need explanations with proofs. And Steve or Stunna to have a direct conversation with me .
I will not stand this unfair treatment.

First Steve says I am not the owner of my account and once that was proven wrong, they tried a different approach to scam me out of my money. Now they claim I have been banned for using multiple accounts. Stunna himself has explicitly stated on this forum that multiple accounts are allowed on Stake.com as long as they're not used for abusing Giveaways or Sports Limits. Is multi-accounting a big enough issue to freeze an account generally? No. But when multi-accounting is being used to abuse a giveaway/promo/limits we will take action.
I haven't done a single sportsbet on my account nor have I entered a single giveaway. All I did was deposit, play and withdraw.

So there you are, I don't think they will be settling this amount for you. You can watch the replay of what they said about it for about a minute and even showing this thread on their twitch stream. Sorry for your loss. I am just notifying you what was said and not judging anyone on here as I have not and will not be reading anymore of this thread.

Well by the looks of it, Steve is not paying my bonuses and making false accusations towards me, first he says I hacked the account, then I proved ownership, he hasn't said a thing after that, now it just looks like Steve and Stake is trying to withhold my bonuses for no reason at all, I've been playing with my own money on Stake, they have no reason to withhold my funds. Steve still hasn't replied to any of the accusations he's made.

That's such a vague reason, first he makes fun of not sending me my bonuses, next he calls me a scammer. On what basis am I scammer? By losing money on Stake and wagering 4.5m$ in a week?
