So you're saying only retail momentum can drive markets back up to ATH? I think if people believe in whale and institutional influence, then they're as needed for a rally as for a crash. If anything, for the short term anyway, retail muscle only moves in on the back of big money flexing.

That's something they don't understand how whales plays a vital role during bullrun. While they keep believing the stereotype about whales only occurs when the market crashed.
Big players and Bitcoin believers are part of the healthy market price movements. If retail investors are the only people surrounding the market, I'm afraid cryptocurrency has already crashed and never recovered a long time ago.

My August target is just to stay in the $40k's, building up support there to head higher this Fall. Would like to see the second half of the month above $45k for most of the time, with some dips back to $43k/$44k to show support there above the resistance that formed the top of the bottom of the market the past few months.

Plenty of time in September, October, November, December to build up another $20k to match or pass the ATH by end of year and get ready for a year of gains next year. I'm hoping for more gradual growth for a bit now that we're getting away from that post-halving boom since we're obviously not going to have a crypto winter now that Bitcoin is a global financial force.

August $45k, end of year $60-65k, doubling next year to $125k or so.

Probably we will be crossing $50k this month and as the statements of anonymous whales can be influencial for many individuals who've been following their signals; we can prevent prevent them relying with it. For this month of August, let's have a brief projections until such time $50k will stabilized after successfully crossing this predicted value. If it wasn't going to happen I guess $45k - $47k is at optimum range.

I think we just tested the resistance yesterday at almost 45k$ and probably Bitcoin will test it a few times this month until it breaks it as personally I don't see a downtrend coming to Bitcoin. After it breaks it ( lets hope it will ) we can't really tell how much it can go as it can climb directly to 60k or it can bounce around 55$k area for another month.

My target price for bitcoin in august would be 47k$ in case we go above 45k$.

We're heading towards $50k as of this moment because btc price was at $46k above recently. The price has a good volume and the momentum is getting stronger based on how the chart trend moves. It's not that fast as everyone expected for a bullrun, but there's a consistent demand increase while minimal fall while volatility was about to cause small crashes.
Altcoins now started to suffer in the midst of bitcoin rising trend.

In recent days the price of bitcoin has increased quite rapidly from prices below $40K now bitcoin has a price of $43K and it looks like the price will continue to rise in the next few days, especially now that institutional interests are driving the attractiveness of bitcoin investment which has continued to occur over the last year and this is very contributed to the rally that occurred in bitcoin during this year, although ethereum and bitcoin have different ecosystems but it seems the hard fork that occurred in ethereum recently also greatly influenced the increase in bitcoin prices and hopefully the market will improve in the future.

My prediction is that bitcoin will break the $50K price by the end of August.

The positive and negative sentiments do determine the supply and demand. Supply is always supply, but demand basically rises and drops according to what people want, sometimes Elon says "bitcoin bad" and demand drops, and sometimes Elon says bitcoin good and demand rises.

So, when you look at it, at the end of the day demand/supply is the only thing that matters, we really do not need anything else, and that does change a ton for us as well because knowing that demand/supply is the only thing that matters and everything else just changes the ratio means that you can invest accordingly.

Supply is technically the same at most times, it is max 21 million and we have less than that, supply of how much available on an exchange changes, sometimes people sell a lot of bitcoins, but that is already the one out there, so if you calculate that, all you need to learn is demand, and when you figure that out you know the direction.

My August target has even increased now. Because I wasn't expecting Bitcoin to reach a level like $46k so soon. It won't be surprising if we see $50k until the end of this week. For sure they will be so much psychologal resistance at 50k level and price mid-term may reach 45 to 42K but this is nothing to worry because in the mid term we will break the all time high.

Also the bull run is not over yet. So we need to take care of this aspect also while speculating the prices.

Surely it is not "easily" to pass 50k+ because it is both easy but also very hard. Bitcoin price could be 100k in 2021 before we get to 2022, but it could be 10k as well, we have no idea which one will happen first. All we know right now is the fact that bitcoin is doing fine and hopefully it will keep doing fine as well.

I personally believe that we may end up doing not so bad as well, I agree that 50k is the direction we are going right now, but that doesn't change the fact that bitcoin is not there just yet, we are just at 45-46k levels which is very close to 50k but it is not at 50k, we could have a very steep fall from here to 30k in under a week and everyone knows that it is quite possible. Like I said, I am not saying it will drop, I am not saying it will go up, all I am saying is that it is not that easy to go up, it takes a bit of hype for it.

Yep, the last quarter will be a good time to watch the price movement as we have been very bullish on it.

For now, we seems to can't get the resistance on $48k, now the price goes down a bit again to $45k. Nevertheless, there's nothing to be afraid of, just a normal price movement, maybe investors are selling at $46,700 because that's the peak so far. But in the last couple of days, after a minor dip reaching a resistance level, the price goes up again so no doubt that $48k, will be the target next and then $50k at the end of the month.
