The crypto payment method is using coinspaid.com, I'm not familiar with this 3rd party payment provider. Is there any charges/fee if players use crypto for deposit? Why do not create your own crypto wallet payment system where players are more familiar with? Conversion of real money to your in house chip may make confusion too because it is 1DCP = €0.5, it will be easier to remember if 1DCP=€1 so placing bets will be more comfortable.

KYC does not matter if they are indicated to have committed a violation, but if so far it can be tolerated, which means it can still be overcome by several other methods besides KYC, then it is better to use that method. KYC is required only if there are no more troubleshooting alternatives.

I think name could have been chosen better, I agree with everyone that "dice" in a casino with bunch of name is not really a good idea, look at how primedice went with "stake" instead of keep the primedice name all because dice usually means dice and people may mistake this place as well.
