Yes this is the effect of hard fork that usually happen before and during the fork, the price will stabilize after this one but i don’t think $5k is possible because we are not on a bull market. This update is big but not enough to push the price of ETH to its new all time high, maybe it will be more appreciated after months of the update, but not now.

If demand would neither sustain or even more then why not? Going another 100% wont really be that much of an issue or wont be a problem as the supply is becoming scarce
and the demand would even go higher then expect that it would really pump up and this is just really some simple economics bro.Thing here is that no one really knows on what
would happen in the future but with that recent London fork then we can really tell that its really that connected on what we are currently seeing on ETh price as of this moment.

This is still big news in the last couple of weeks.The prices of o most all coins is raising due to this ETH hard fork.We can expect in the next couple of weeks that it breaks the 4000$ mark.But 5000$ should maybe come a month after that.

This is still big news in the last couple of weeks.The prices of o most all coins is raising due to this ETH hard fork.We can expect in the next couple of weeks that it breaks the 4000$ mark.But 5000$ should maybe come a month after that.

i agree, i am expecting to see ETH going a little bit up like to 3500$ maybe 4000$, this event is not really that big so people should not expect a lot to happen, especially in this time where crypto market is kind of stable, i really think 3500$ is the highest ETH could get this month.

The update has finished successfully, this is a stepping stone for ETh to move towards ETH2.0 at the end of this year or early next year.ETH has pumped high the bullrun this year. We can say that this massive rise of the ethereum price is because of the London hards forks, because I see that there is no other big news except the burning of 2.9 ethereum every minutes this update is very new, so I think this is the big reason why eth price rise, I hope to see eth on 6k$ soon because I will buy and hold few of it. Gas price on Ethereum network won't be cheaper as expected after the hard fork but it might need more time to show what it can help to reduce transaction fee. People love cheap transaction fee but right now, on Ethereum network, there are many hot things, DeFi, NFTs, etc. that together affect the transaction fees.

The burned Ethereum is very good idea to make the total supply smaller. It makes Ethereum becomes more valuable. Price must rise as the coin has smaller total supply. With the potential of Ethereum, I believe the coin will has price about $10,000. I hodl some Ethereum in my wallet and won't sell it too cheap.

For $5K in the near future it is still very possible for Ethereum to achieve if market conditions and their development continue in a very good direction, because so far Ethereum is still experiencing a very good price increase.

Yes, because there is an update in the ETH network so that it is more effective and efficient, besides that there is a fee-burning mechanism that reduces the supply of ETH but unfortunately it has not overcome the high gas price.

I really missed what you are talking about, i missed they day when ETH crossed $4k as i could see some articles saying it crossed in the past but i might have missed that movement completely and now the price has crossed $3k and still moving forward and it is solely because of the London Hard Fork and the network is really congested as i tried to send some coins a few hours back and i had to back peddle because of the higher fees.

It is quite true that it is difficult to make predictions but I think Ethereum price will go higher but might not reach $5k but $4.5k, moreover the price is currently above $3k. My basis for such speculation is this, the London hard fork has been implemented and it is clear the implementation is working well and with such hype currently around the hard fork, has made Ethereum the centre of attraction already and we know what it means for a lot of people in this space to pay attention to a coin. Secondly, there is already positive sentiment in the crypto space already and Bitcoin is following up which means another wave of bull run might be or is already around and with such, Ethereum have every opportunity to pump more.

Don't specifically say Ethereum like it's the only coin rising, other coins are rising too including bitcoin, what I can say is that the London hard fork is for sure one of the reasons ether is ahead in this bullish trend, but for that the London hard fork is the major driver, that I personally disagree, I hold a lot of coins on Binance chain and they are all going up, check coinmarketcap, only a very few ones are in red, the rest are green candlesticks

As for whether ether will reach 5k in few days now depends, I think it's possible only if the market continues to stay bullish for a good number of days or maybe weeks, but without this, I think 5k usd for 1 ether is still a bit farther than we think.

Ethereum got all the chances to evnowentually reach its price into $5k and this London hard fork is probably the ultimate reason why ethereum is always on the surge right now. But still, ethereum is not exempted for a sudden price dump any time as we know how volatile the market is.

However, with the positive effect of the current hard fork, even if ethereum will experience a price correction in the middle, it will always come up rising next to bitcoin.
