I don't understand the question clearly (confused with sending bitcoin and euros part) but if you are asking for the withdrawal/transaction fee in Coinbase, you can see it right away before sending it.

It should be included clearly in the final computation and have it confirmed by you.

Why wouldn't you put the exact amount would be my question?  The invoice from Coinbase should clearly state a BTC amount that lasts for a certain period of time.  This is because when sending BTC, you are sending a fiat amount that it set at for a certain time and exchange rate.  1 BTC does not equal 1 BTC over time, so this is why you are given a time limit to send the BTC.  If you do not send it in time, you will need to request another invoice.  There is no paying in euros when sending BTC, you are sending a set amount of BTC determined by the exchange rate at the time to be worth a certain number of Euros.

You should put the exact amount of the goods you're paying for mind you coinbase charge a transaction fee so be sure you put this into consideration. If the item you are purchasing is 30 euros and you send 30euros worth of bitcoin. The transaction is stamped on the blockchain.
Here's the thing, the value of the Bitcoin when received could be a problem I think that's where Op is worried

He could referring to the transaction fees involved, if any in addition to the base amount. Not sure though as I never used CB before.

OP, you looking for this?

1) Navigate to your Portfolio page on the main navigation bar
2) Select the Send button for the cryptocurrency wallet that you'd like to send from
3) On the send dialog, select wallet address if you're sending to a cryptocurrency wallet external to Coinbase or Email Address if you're sending via email
4) Enter the amount of cryptocurrency you'd like to send in the Amount field. Alternatively, you can specify the amount you would like to send in your local currency. Note that the funds will always be sent as cryptocurrency, not your local currency
5) Select Continue
6) Confirm the details of the transaction and complete the send

It sounds like OP is referring to making a purchase from a merchant who is using Coinbase Commerce as a payment processor. If that is the case, then you must send the amount of bitcoin which is displayed in the invoice. Do not try to do any conversions between bitcoin and fiat yourself, as you will end up with a slightly different result. Just pay what you are asked.

You do not need to pay any additional fees to Coinbase Commerce, but you will obviously need to pay the usual transaction fee for your transaction. Most wallets, if you try to send x BTC to an address, will send x BTC and take the fee from other coins in your wallet. If you are trying to pay direct from an exchange or other centralized service though, then most of these will deduct the withdrawal fee from your payment, so instead of sending x BTC it will send x-fee BTC.

Be aware of this so that your payment matches exactly the amount you have been quoted.

Enter the exact amount which you want to send and the transaction fee will be covered from your remaining balance if its exist or else it will deducted from the amount you are sending only if there is not enough balance and that time also you will get insufficient balance warning if I am not wrong.
