Can you provide the appropriate screenshot to your accusation? The screenshot you attached is a random picture of other casino and not 1xbet. Try to send screenshot of your conversation indicating the account they give to you then attached the picture of 1xbit showing you're unavailable to withdraw. Because you might be destroying a legit service for this accusation or helping a newbie to avoid this scam service, either of the 2.

I noticed that they are no longer available from many countries.

They might be unavailable for various reason. It might be for the restriction from those country. For example many countries does not support gambling so they have restricted those gambling sites to the users of their country. Also, there might have mis match terms and conditions and something else.

Gambling is restricted in my country but still I can access the site and demo. Use vpn or other Internet connection may fix the problem.
It will be a good idea if they include a section where it's mentioned that following countries could not access the services. This will clarify the concept.

Sorry, but I have not enough knowledge about broker of any gambling sites. And I do not trust anyone on the telegram who send me message for first time. I first try to understand who is the person then try to make any transaction if necessary. And for gambling why you have to deposit via telegram by a broker? Who stopped you to deposit via the website? If you are restricted for your country then you may check their shadow sites and/or you may use vpn. But you should not use any broker on telegram.

Why did you interacted with someone not inside the platform but with a telegram account? that's already suspicious if someone is having a conversation to you outside the platform.

Are they really scam? Or you are just kidding as there is delay of getting your response. If your have been scammed then please create a scam accusation against them and then you can update here about the accusation. Otherwise no one will trust you that you are saying lie as a result others might be loser.

Any accusations that doesnt have sufficient proof will always be just treated as trolling or baseless ones which @seoski you should have at least mention on how this website turns out to be a scam?

Im not get used to check out some feedbacks specially on the internet but these things could really give out some doubt that they are might having a shady business.
