Damn it's hard to understand your explanation  Grin I think your 3060ti is a LHR version? Download hiveOS and use NBminer 39.0 in hiveOS this will unlock 70% of the non LHR 3060ti capability

you can check whattomine to calculate the mining hashrate for your gpu. better check before you buy it, make sure to note the power consumption too.

'Bitbtc8' gave a good suggestion. In addition to that, maybe try RaveOS; both are good for starting out. Although 'NBminer' just released an update addressing the LHR, and HiveOS is the first to implement it in.

If your familiar with Linux, you can maybe try 'POP!_os' and select the Nvidia iso version. Then use 'nvidia-settings' after changing your /etc/X11/Xorg.conf explained in the following guide.

Nvidia-settings: https://packages.debian.org/buster/nvidia-settings

Mining OS is better because they are easier to config compare to Linux that needs you to run code some times, can be really frustrating for newbies, just run Windows and get NBminer 39.0 after installing Nvidia driver 460-471 or download hiveOS, good luck

thank you all i will try this solution after instal the right driver i will try to mine with NBminer 39.0 which i read unlocks up to 68% of the original calculation capacity on the ethash algorithm, then i will let you know what hash rate i can get
