No, he is not in fact in his province he is very generous and giving people money not only money but materials to build a house, he is one of the richest lawmakers in the Philippines he just wants to continue his legacy, he is like all the other boxers the mind surrenders when the body cannot keep up anymore, he still believes that he is still strong and he wants to amaze the boxing world.

afaik, This would obviously be very advantageous for Pacquaio himself, he has more plus points against a Ugas. How could they so easily find a replacement in such a short time? was too hasty to confront Ugas with Pacquaio. Obviously the bettors know who they should place their bets on. I think he just loves boxing so much he want to entertain us more. Who knows, maybe this will be his last game and we will surely miss him being on the boxing ring again. He will just become another story for us or history in our discussions. I believe he can still do this and much better, win it.
The fight will be on August 21 (night) for other countries while August 22 10AM for GMT+8 countries. This is going to be good. Of course, I will root for Pacquiao but I think I will pass with the bet.

The politics makes more sense to me since running for a government post takes a lot of money. I don't really buy the legacy and love for the sport or hunger thing when he's fighting a replacement that's not even popular.

Floyd's match is for exhibition like you said while Manny's is a professional match. He probably won't comment about money fights if it's also an exhibition.

I do think it was offered to Mayweather but he would never accept this fight given that he had no prior practice or training beforehand.

While the fight between Pacquiao and Spence were immediately cancelled due to the latter's retina injury, Ugas, on the otherhand, is an interesting fighter. I heard someone mentioned that Ugas has the WBO welterweight belt that Pacquiao used to own and that fact alone makes the fight really interesting. Though not as interesting and explosive, at least there is something that drives Pacquiao to fight his very best against Ugas.

Despite of the record with Ugas and being an Olympic medalist, I also believe that Manny is too much for him and seeing the odds now, Manny leads on it. Would really be an opportunity on fighting Pacquiao even though this fight is somewhat unexpected and i dont really believe that Ugas would just accept it if he knows that he doesnt really have the ample or right time to
