As you know Perian is RTL, while it is a completely different language, Imagine both french and English are LTR, but they are different languages.
Yes, I do know that. Just to be clear, I never implied that Farsi is the same as the languages that are being used in the local sub-boards that I've linked previously!
I firmly believe by Creating a subboard for Persian, which may translate the role and also the other trending topic we can improve this from at all.

By creating a subboard we can provide content and information in Persian and covering the problem they have with English speaking. And by providing facts we can transfer data that are correct.
You have a point, but you don't need a sub-board to kick-start that process
[I do know sooner or later, it'll become a mess but AFAIK, no one has received special treatment when it comes to the creation of local boards].

Surprisingly enough it only affects Farsi not Arabic.

You're right... I don't know much about such stuff, but if I were to guess, I would say @theymos probably added a "BiDi support
[bidirectional script support or something similar]" to the above local sub-boards in comparison to what Persian speaking users experience in their local thread
[I could be wrong, so don't quote me on this one].
As a workaround, perhaps it's best to just use English "letters" to write in Farsi:
- e.g.
Salam khedmate hamegi,
slm mnm az iranm yeki az miner ham kharab shode nmitunm bit
coin estekhraj konm bash tamir kar soraq darid?
