Cex.io Less Amount that requested received

Hello,

It was my first time withdrawing money from Cex.io via International Transfer.

There was a commission of $30, which I was well aware of. However, in my bank account I received $20 less and additionally, another $20 were debited to my account.

Have you guys had any similar trouble using this wallet?

Before using any custodial crypto service or exchange. I suggest you first get familiar with their terms and conditions plus deposit, withdrawal limits, trading fees and withdrawal fees in order to avoid such shocking discoveries on the day you decide to withdraw your funds.

I checked their withdrawal commissions, and they seem to charge 0.3% plus a flat fee of $25. You can do the math.

If your bank account is not a USD account then do contact your bank as they charge a good fee for currency conversion and also for receiving international funds. If it is a USD account then check with CEX.io customer support for charges. But, I doubt they will be charging you so much money for transferring in Fiat currency.

Please note that the fee charged on CEX.IO side can be checked on our Limits and Commissions page: https://cex.io/limits-commissions

However, your bank may charge the commission on their side as well and it is what should be clarified with them.
