Maybe you haven't paid much attention during your time here, this is not a way to work around here, you need exposure as much as possible, paying 20 green trust members with 50$ each to have a test and write an honest review is the first step, running a good quality signature campaign for a few month is the second step, otherwise you'll see no change, traffic coming from this forum.

However, a review written in exchange for money cannot be inherently honest, as it will have been purchased. We believe this to be unacceptable. Furthermore, no one would pay for a negative review of themselves. It is important for users to test and write reviews themselves in order to ensure that they are truly honest.

You have misunderstood everything about the cards. You will earn as soon as your referral registers with your code, and you will receive payment immediately from your referral in the amount of the card cost.
