...I have asked questions as it bothers me with respect to my situation but I am yet to get any response from them. This is what they should take seriously to making sure they attend to the community's needs to know more about their services. This silent treatment isn't the best way to handle situations as it doesn't look well on them.

You're right, I've been waiting to get replies from the https://keychainx.io representative here in this space concerning my questions but I'm yet to get any, .........  if he keeps remaining silent it may give people the impression that they're not as trustworthy as they claim to be, imagine I have issues I feel they could handle then i table my issues here but get cold replies, how do they feel I'll be interested in using their services afterwards......

I had to check the OP and noticed OP hasn't been online for some days now maybe they could be busy with other activities but all I want is just to get a response from them as that is very much of my interest now because seeing their services was what brought me here and not getting any response from them based on my question to them is very annoying and that does not show any signs of responsibility from their end and it would be nice they look into it so that they don't face any challenges in the future. Let's watch and see if they will reply to the questions being asked days before now.

I read through the source link provided by the KeychainX representative to understand the type of services they offer and from what i have gathered so Far they specialise in recovering lost cryptocurrency passwords from wallets such as  Metamask, Trezor, blockchain.com, Ethereum JSON files or Multibit Classic. And they also assist in recovering data from damaged phones or computer hardware. So my question now is how possible is this? I we like  there representative to explain to me on how they can be able to recover lost cryptocurrency passwords from wallets, and also assist in recovering data from damaged computers and phones, because am hearing this for the first.

We take an encrypted wallet file and know what encryption is used together with a password. We then backward engineer it and try the best password guesses with various errors to find them.

KeychainX is an registered company?

I myself am looking to recover some funds from ledger and have big problem to send it using post to some address that is not tied to a company, of course personal contact will be best in such circumstances especially if there is significant amount of funds

I look for reliable recovery service from quite a long time

According to your site[1], the services you provide are

Quote
Trezor Passphrase lost.
Ethereum Presale password recovery.
Geth password recovery. GETH.
ERC20 Tokens from Metamask.
Bitcoin from Multibit Classic.
Your Dogecoin Core or Langerhans wallet.
Blockchain.com first or second password.
An Android wallet or spending PIN.
Ethereum password from JSON file like MIST.
Blockchain.info mnemonic or seed words.

I have checked your positive trust and they are all related to translation services that are not related to what https://keychainx.io/ is trying to provide so unless you explain your service correctly I will ask these members to review their trust and you may give you a negative trust.

If you do not customize your service, such as restoring short Passphrase, less than 5 characters, or missing 2-4 wallet seed words that are in the correct order, then what you are trying to provide is a scam.
[1] https://keychainx.io/

Obvioysly you have no idea what you are talking about. We have recovered passphrases which are 15-20 characters, and permuted 24 word seeds , this is not 2012, you can actually do much larger searches than you talk about.

On a simple GTX 4060 card you can do up to 8 characters in a day or less for missing passphrase, so we are not talking cpu recovery.

And looking at your positive feedback, it does raise some eyebrows...

This obviously explains my doubts and curiosity as you know we learn every day . Have been wondering how exactly this can work I mean recovering a wallet without a seed phrase I thought it was almost an impossible task but coming from this approach you made in post I think if recovery is done in this direction it will certainly be possible to recover this past phrase
If it has to do with restoring the CPU of the device to get the lost informations then it's entirely possible .
If the safty informations given out is guaranteed and safety of device and wallet is guaranteed and can not be compromised at any point then I think it's worth giving it a trial

Well I'm surprised to see that the KeychainX team is reply to messages with more information about their service.
One thing clients want to see is the trust and reliability to get a result from your service especially when it involves huge amounts of money. Since your company already have an address and head office, I think that is fine and it shows that your service is very serious about help long clients to recover their lost funds.
