Hi all! I need your help. I want to move my business to the Internet. The functionality of the site is almost ready. But I have a question about web design. How important is it that the site has a unique design or can I use a template version? This affects only the appearance or site promotion as well?
And please tell me to create a unique design can hire individual freelancers or better to contact a creative firm to attract a team of experienced designers.

Using of template is normal

As long as the website got all the elements needed for your business. Once a visitor gets in, all of the contents are there like the FAQ, designs and other stuff that you're offering.

The design unique or not gives always a factor to the visitors especially if your website doesn't look legitimate.

You can hire professional freelancers from fiverr.com. Many of them are professional in their field so you can ask them before you hire and the best is the price is not too high compare to the personal professional.

The template is not too crucial but the content is something that you should pay attention and do not forget to spreads your website through social media such as Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, and else.

I see your template is good. Maybe you need to adjust the image shown on your website and reduce the pixel if you think your site is a bit heavy to load the full page.
