I checked the website, overall it leaves a good impression, provably fair is great, the interface is nice, not annoying as some websites are. However, there are several things I think you should consider improving.

First, since you only have one game, maybe consider making it a little more graphically entertaining, like add something that will move and crash instead of just having the line going up, add some effects, that would be more attractive.

And second, the more important thing, adjust the multiplying axle so that it would be easier to track how far up the line goes (maybe consider moving it to the right side).

You can give some free money to test the site to the users who are interest and then they may give their honest feedback after playing on the site. Not a copy but it is rebranding from the older one IMO.
Looking at the first older thread, the main issue is related to the license.
Some users exposed that the site use a fake license, but there is no official clarification from the casino.
Interesting fact, their first thread for the betbitcoin247.com created on August 25th, 2020 and this new one for the betbitcoin247.io created on August 26th 2021.
A year gap to launch/announce the new domain, perhaps they think that most users have forgotten their old site/domain.

perhaps those who posted such negative things see us as competition and this your way of "knocking out the competition". Whatever your reason might be it's too bad because it's negative false accusatory comments like that that defames small brands trying to grow and make it in the field.

They state that 1 single bit worth $0.0003 so it is contradictive already with the other information as you quoted above where they say 100bits = $0.05

Not really sure when they wrote the FAQ page but it is clear that it is an out of date FAQ page. I am not hating the site in any way, but it’s the fact. The site is too new to be risked with large amount of money.

A quote made by stalker22 that they are "we're still small much smaller than bustabit" and yet they claim that they are "one of the largest betting communities around the world!". Honestly, I don't see the point in some platforms trying to impersonate others. Platforms are not expected to have a large customer base when they are new, and this shouldn't be an issue. It is perfectly normal that they do not have those kinds of numbers if they're new to the market.

Checked your site out and I didn't really like the simple and bland design of your site which needs improvement. Some of the buttons are unresponsive sometimes which also needs to be fixed asap op.

The FAQ section needs to answer queries like minimum deposit, minimum withdrawal etc. Lastly, BTC payment option is fine, but any fees related to it need to be reasonable.

But its doing fine in my part using Internet explorer , even in Brave browser it's doing better , with 13 active players it must not effect the quality of the graphics , but same player betting for the last 30 mins that i observe and played.
looks like the site is not gaining more players over the time , and also OP does not showing Here for weeks now .

But when you do access the game then its a bit colorful or much better than those generic simply copied crash site

Footing the level of how new gambling sites were introduced on this forum lately, I am starting to have the feelings I had when the forum was once flooding with new exchanges every week and the funny thing is that they only emulate the features and services of previous exchange.
Having said that, I don't see any reason why we need more crypto gambling sites when there are already enough reputable ones not to talk about trusting the new gambling site.
