NFT is really booming its popularity these days. But just want to ask, where did they get the TM-mark, in what country are they legally registered? Because if they went to this route already, this means they are pretty serious about this project.

Hello, 24Kt, thank you for reasonable question. We have registered trade mark in USA, because there are many patent trolls and we want to protect our community and business.
Our screenwriter with pseudonym Villa d'Mill has created concept and ideo of Eschaton universe , but this trade mark was reserved and it is very danger to use name "Eschaton".
So we decide to use trade name "EschatonCX" and reserve it for this project.

I see, you have started to open telegram since May, which means development has been going on for more than 2 months. However, there is no address contract yet, do you choose to complete the character first before the contract is announced? then, are you going to use ETH, Polygon or another chain? because I haven't found this information on the web.

Currently our team is developing NFTs and smark-contract, after release and start of sales we will give certain amount of ESCX tokens to every NFT buyer (accordingly to number of purchased NFTs). ESCX tokens will be on ETH blockchain and minting of EschatonCX NFTs also on ETH blockchain of OpenSea platform.

1) Pending trade mark assumes that it is already spot the TM. But registrar need about 3-4 months to verify and validate trade mark into global database

2) We prepare 8 fractions of different types of eschatons (they have different characteristics and unique styles). Prices of NFTs will be based on rarity:

Zealots (Common) : 0.09 ETH - 900 UNITs of each fraction
Acolyte (Rare) : 0.25 ETH - 100 UNITs of each fraction
Heresiarch (Epic Rare) : 1.5 ETH - 23 UNITs of each fraction
Patriarch (Legendary Head of Enclave) : 20 ETH - 1 UNIT of each fraction

So, can this NFT be sold directly through your platform or do they have to sell it themselves through opensea? because in my opinion, if you have to sell it yourself through opensea, it will complicate the process a bit, if later there is a special auction place on the game platform, this will certainly make it easier and at the same time save gas costs, especially when ETH gas is high.

Our team considers to implement multichain , but we think that it could be unfair for community who will buy on Ethereum blockchain ..

First version of game will be text-based game, generated by OpenAI and the second release will be on Unreal Engine 5 with AAA graphic .  NFT rewards will receive only the Champion , who will be the last standing . So it will be amazing! Currently we will consider creation of own marketplace, but at starting everyone will be able to trade on OpenSea. You are right, ETH gas is high and will check other solutions to make better conditions for community
