...but mind you most of these merit source dont distribute merits they allow it to decay if you ask me why I don't know.
Some merit sources don't distribute all their merits and theymos lowers their usual allocation. Others, who distribute more can have their allocation increased.

Spam and scam busters are useful to the forum. They are the first users who research all the crappy new projects that arise every day and sound the alarm for the community to see. This is not an easy task and it is not for everyone.
No Second Chance.
...several good posters dedicate their lives to this forum who had thousands of good and constructive posts over the years but were kicked out for plagiarism, they had 1k good posts and 1 bad post and were send packing no second chance so you must be at your best no fluke only 100% accepted here.
That is how things work here. Some users pay a hefty price for past mistakes. Others pay a little less. Sometimes it is sad to see good members go especially when you consider that others were allowed to stay. But there are no official rules here, just the admin's interpretation of those rules.
I know all the techniques on this forum I know exactly what you are doing I was once like you too I don't want to list out merits source who don't share merits on this forum but if you push me harder I might take the risk and share you a link I've seen things most Legendary is yet to see the secrets of the forum is too obvious if you have keen eyes
Why don't you just tell us what you know. If you have proof of something, you post it.
There are hundreds of good posts on this forum daily, a lot of art competitions,a lot of football banter
Although I appreciate good art and I am a football fan, how are the majority of such discussions valuable for a Bitcoin forum?

This is true. But not in relation to your art and football posts. If you are talking about merit sources, then a user shouldn't be a merit source if he can't or doesn't find posts worth meriting.
Most of them sell merits so they accumulate them to make a profit for themselves
If you have proof for that, you should post it.
I'm advocating for equal justice cause I don't see a reason why for example two users committed the same offense one is permanently banned why the other gets a signature ban only. I wonder why
Because like I said before. It's a case-by-case decision. The admins make their choices based on their interpretations of what happened and who committed the offense.
