This is not true. Your first share might be accepted, but the rest is rejected. You need to use a mining software that support the ethashB3 algo.

Perhaps the autotuning didn't work for your ancient card. Please try to run with --kernel 1 --xintensity 512 and increase the power. Then manually try --kernel 2, --kernel 3 ... 16 and see which one is best for your rig.

TBM supports kernel 1-16 for the ETHB3 algo. The fastest can vary from GPU to GPU and Power setting. ETHB3 is also created to be run together with (ETC-ZIL) mining in the tripple mining mode. This should be more profitable than ETHB3 standalone.

If Intel Arc presented in the AMD rig it's totally broke run TBM.
Also you can't remove Intel Arc GPUs by switches like using only AMD GPUs (-ap) or selecting OpenCL devices (-cl).
I guess you need rework OpenCL platform code detection
