That title is right. Not all coins can recover and only the coin with strong and good projects will recover and convince the investors that their project is worth invest. But you should not worry about that because as long as you can invest in the right coins and have the potential to recover, that coin will increase at the right time. Maybe you can invest in the top 50 coins lists so you do not have to worry.

I have experience holding a coin that I expect to rise in the future, but after waiting for almost 1 year, there is nothing update from the dev and the team and finally, the exchange delists the coin. It is sad but I can not do anything except accepting the announcement from the exchange. I can only search for the other exchange and try to send it to them and sell it at once. At that time, I do not think that the price can increase but I prefer to get the money and send it back to the previous exchange so I can search for the other coin.

I could say that altcoin hype is lot way more lesser as of these years compared into those 2017-2018 time on where everything is been hyped up specially including those shitty coins existing on the market

Meme coins are very dangerous to invest but they can be profitable too only in a short period of time and after that when the dump season starts to occur, most of them will eventually end up as shit or dead coins. It's about the Altcoins referred to in this topic that not all Altcoins will recover and about the buy low sell high statement. I think only Top Altcoins can enter into the statement (buy cheap sell high) and I also can't justify that it will happen in crypto market activity because it all depends on market conditions. Yes all altocoins can not recover because some project wil not to good in their lifetime. It it all about some coin who has performed better in past and their team is working very hard all time for the project. If you see some project then you find that have come only to destroy investor's money like ACT (achain), Tuttifutti.
