Help! Can start my wallet.

Hi all

Im trying to create a p2pool and Im not able to start my wallet since everytime I try I get this message:

Error: To use logicoind, you must set a rpcpassword in the configuration file. ....

I already have my logicoin.conf but its like if the qt doesnt see the conf file.

Plz help!
