A must issue to address (even if the thread is not lost in off-topic), since cero click exploits are a tremendous vulnerability. The article referenced in the OP also states that the IOS 14.8 should also patch Pegasus spyware.
There’s an interesting article by Ledger written last month, explaining how these type of exploits could be used to get hold of cryto (not on Ledger, but Metamask, Blockchain wallet and so forth) if not addressed before somebody determines it to be a path to pursue.
