Rebasing to newest Bitcoin core, enabling Bech32 addresses, Segwit and atomic swaps (ETA: as soon as we have >90% miner support, + 2-3 months)

Update on this: Segwit and CSV softforks have been locked in, which means that we WILL have these features at the end of this year!    ETA for new wallet with Bech32 addresses, Segwit and atomic swaps is now: End of November 2021.
