I don't think that shutting down the site altogether is a good idea, perhaps just disable the games for the time being but allow for people to access their balances?

That way players don't feel like you're just leaving them high and dry.

Would much better and its quite a hassle thing that you would need up to contact the site just for that withdrawal. How they could verify out those legit users compared to fake ones? Using up on the same email?

This is a good idea. I don't have any funds invested in this site currently, but I know how it feels to have your funds inaccessible in this manner. Makes you feel like you got scammed or something similar.

But if members can not access the site because of maintenance and need to contact the account to withdraw their funds, members need to follow the suggestion. Hopefully, the withdrawal process will not take too long to receive the funds.

It's a good thing that your support is always easy to approach and that you're providing an updated announcement whenever there are developments and changes. I was having trouble with some sites that don't inform their users when they have updates.

If you have balance in your 500xBit.com account then you can get the access to your balance by contacting their email support. I don't have any balance in my account, but I sent a message to their support on 13th October to know the reason behind this maintenance and received their response on 17th October. They said

The maintenance is about the security of 500xBit.com. They had huge leverage, no withdrawal fees. But they were supporting Bitcoin only and the max bet limit was low. Hopefully they will continue their business. 500xBit is a platform which started their journey by taking some feedbacks from the forum members.

They opened a beta test and find some probably bugs or risk that may affect their website I think we shouldn't rush them i think the reason why some users wanted them to open immediately is because they were amused to their game. Looks like they're still not finished with the maintenance, does anyone have any more information in regards their launch again? I was studying trading and I wouldn't miss the chance of applying the things I learned in trading and the gambling part at the same time. I hope they could give us some good news soon.
