Are you sure about Twitch streamers and influencers? It is doubtful that Twitch has much marketing impact in the gambling industry since there aren't many serious players on the platform. I have always ignored these types of promotions since they are usually fake players gambling with house money.

Flush is fully licensed and adheres to the requirements of our license conditions. This means we take a risk based approach to KYC and there are times we will require KYC from customers.

This does not mean we need it in all cases and we reserve the right to request it where there are certain higher risk factors. However in most cases where thresholds are not exceeded or no other concerns exist we do not require full KYC in order to be able to withdraw winnings.

We are reviewing the terms to make this clear and hope to have an update this coming week.
