The popularity of Stake might be the reason why many new popped up sites use similar UI to Stake.

Yeah, You are right. I am also seeing this. but I am not sure it's really a visual bug or they just keep the Y as a logo for mobile version. Sometime logo play a good role for the mobile version looking. For example if you want to display the Logo sometime the mobile version act not user-friendly.

Yeah, this was my first impression too on where everything do looks like stake from background color to those icons and text then you would really have that kind of impression.

Just created a test account to find out about the withdrawal fee, here is their withdrawal fees:
$2 for BTC, $0.25 for LTC and $5 for ETH, so I guess it is static fee and there is no optional levels of the fee.

Unfortunately, this Policy is too complex for us to comply with. I know that this kind of KYC will be avoided by most people. Is there no other alternative? I know this is already listed, but while this site is a new gambling site, then you as a person who contributed to it may be able to re-consider policies that will burden users to feel comfortable gambling.

have you read the AML policy as posted above, you can also check the KYC policy on their page? it says "aggregate lifetime total of deposits exceeding EUR 2000 or requests a withdrawal of any amount inside the Yaybet.com Platform, then it is compulsory for them to perform a full KYC process", it clearly means that if you want to withdraw (any amount), you need to comply with their KYC even if your total deposits has not exceeded 2k eur yet.
i believe, this will be one bottleneck of attracting gamblers from this forum as most players don't want to submit their kyc. as there are several reputable casinos here that don't require kyc offering the same services. now, this will depend on how aggressive is their marketing team and offering rewards programs or bonuses.

Your AML/KYC requirements are crazy..... it just came short of me having to take a photo of my A-ring .....cmon, is this really necessary? Just look at this scenario...

I see 2 new online casinos....  One has crazy AML/KYC requirements (like Yaybet.com) and the other just need a copy of your ID and a selfie with the ID.... which one will you choose? You created a barrier to entry for most new gamblers, because they have to jump through several loops to get into your casino. 

Is this really a requirement from your regulators or did you just go a little overboard on this? In these days with all the hacking and identity theft going around.... things like this is risky.

KYC should be implemented and based on current regulations. It is easy to include requirements as strictest as possible but if the local regulators don't require it, it is unnecessary to implement such. It only create side effects because there are many casinos to choose.

KYC requirement is not like by any user and if you are a new casino but starts with strict KYC, it is a minus point.

Several forum members, including me, have repeatedly asked you to explain your policy regarding KYC verification. Why do you keep ignoring our questions or trying to hide important information from us?
You mentioned earlier that some of the policies / conditions listed are outdated or don't apply to your platform, so It would be helpful if you could clarify your AML policy in more detail.

OP isn't active here, but the good thing is that they have informed the users through email. And a warning message is showing in Yaybet now. It is a great way to close the business without scamming people.

They announced the casino last September and now after a month they decide to shut down the site.
It is so fast, I'm not really sure what is happening but it is good that they inform the players and let players to withdraw the balance.
I havent tried yaybet to be honest, but it seems that they are unable to survive because of the hard competition in the industry then they decide to shut down.

Agreed. This gesture is way better than scamming, leaving players behind without any notice. Although I haven't tried it, this just proves to me the respect the Yaybet have for their players, their brand and the work that they do. I hope that if casinos are planning to stop operating, they also do the same thing as Yaybet did.

Due to intense competition, Yaybet cannot compete with other platforms, but at least this casino has provided a good game but it doesn't last long. It's a pity that this must be closed quickly but this has been a appropriate decision and users can still withdraw their assets if it's still in his account.

I was also surprised after this thread popped back up and unknowingly checked all the messages it saw from the picture, so of course anyone who has ever registered will receive a report about this.

Did they mentioned why are they shutting down ? Is it due to any regulations restrictions or the business was not profitable for them ?
The good thing is that they are giving time to people to withdraw so people can get their funds back. Is always sad to see an honest site leave.

I just visited their discord channel and found the reason behind this shut down. It isn't related to the survival competition in gambling industry. They have announced the reason there. Seems like it is a serious issue. The admin said that

One of our developers has chosen to leave, we provided several offers to them for a seamless transition, all of them were refused.
Unfortunately they had control over the codebase and server. They have chosen to leave with the code, shut down the website, and have revoked our access to the back office/administrative control. Unfortunately they also removed our Live Support integration, making it much more difficult for us to communicate with our players.

There is more information in the announcement. I'm worried about this situation now. Hopefully the ‘evil developer’ don't have the access to user data.

This is my guess wrong and it turns out that this problem is from the developer who came out with some important access so I'm worried what if the data is misused while the offer from the main team is rejected? Is this malicious intent from the developer?

It seems that the team is trying to try to resolve this issue nicely to the users so there may still be time for a withdrawal, so with that team closing the casino site is a good decision.
