OP isn't too serious with his idea if I am not wrong because he never came back, he no need to look for team members he can simply hire the team members he wants if he actually want to run the casino but all these things needs money but it doesn't really bother since he actually paid to get the Curacao license to run his site.

They show you a lot of efforts and good at you in early time but all of the sudden they cross your path, take your money and run away. It's not an easy tasks, as person with such skills probably is has his own think going on and getting paid for it, with that said I'm sure there is someone out there seeking to start his own casino brand, but the main problem is financing it.
