Not sure if the ethereum team can push this 5k value within 3 months from now because it looks like there are hindrance in ETH climbing high as SOLANA and CARDANO is taking other investors inside their network leaving ethereum these days.
maybe there is a chance next year or at least in the following years but 2021? 3k will be the staying value level of ETH .
the 2.0 version seems like taking long to take effect so the price have not spiking high recently .

It is still hard to push the price to $5k within 3 months, especially if the bitcoin price does not increase to the higher price. Besides that, ethereum already reaches $3k at this moment so maybe it will need more time to lift the price step by step. But if bitcoin can jump to the high price and pass $50k in the next months and still increase until 2 months later, maybe ethereum will have the time to lift the price. But we will see what will happen to ethereum in the 3 months later but hopefully, ethereum can increase the price.

I think its true still hard for ethereum can raise up above $5,000 in three months later but any possibility for eth raise higher price maybe next one or two years. Support with bitcoin price keep stable can help ethereum slowly raise to higher price but when bitcoin still not stable price very little chance ethereum can raise to higher price by their self without any support price with bitcoin.

With a few months left in 2021, I think it's hard to hit the $5K price for Ethereum. If the current market conditions can recover quickly, maybe with a few more months remaining in 2021 it could happen because possibility after possibility could happen in the market. So far there are no signs of Ethereum heading near $5K in my opinion.

especially with the update still running and not finished. it will add to the difficulty because of the high transaction costs into consideration for the adoption of ETH not getting more attention.
although in the viewer I believe it will be difficult for ETH to achieve this for this year. but maybe in the upcoming bull season. I just hope that by the end of the year at least the market is not corrected too deeply and can be more stable. and the start of the year could be the start of the next warm-up bull rally.

$5k is too small for ETH, but we need to see first the benefits of having ETH 2.0. First, is the already old issue regarding gas fees. Up until now, they are still pretty expensive for small traders. Other networks such as BSC, MATIC or DOT are trying to compete with its market, with major offering of cheaper fees. But even then, we can't deny the fact that people still trust the ETH network as it keeps on increasing despite of its shortcoming.

Well, it is going to depend on what bitcoin does during this last quarter, ethereum is a good enough coin but we need to be honest this market is dominated by bitcoin and if bitcoin does not move it is very difficult for altcoins to make any significant move, it can happen but altcoins seasons are not as common as some people think, the good news is that I think that bitcoin will in fact go up in value during the end of the year which will make ethereum to reach that value easily.

I think it is very difficult for ETH to reach $5k in 3 months, especially now that the crypto market is very unstable, recently the price of ETH had dropped below $3k although it eventually rose back to $3.04k, I'm not sure if ETH will be able to  hit $5K by the end of this year because the timeline is so short, but I'm very optimistic if etherem closes the year with a value of $3.8k-$4k.

Eth could not touch $5k even after going around 5k ২ twice. Lately, big dumping are being seen in the market from many time. Which is taking the market away from its normal behavior.

In fact, I see the market still having very positive volatility on the recent FUD news from China or Alibaba. Anything can be happen in crypto, but maybe for me if there are no big pump on bitcoin will be hard for other big altcoins get pumped if there are no big news happen. I have a little speculation related to ethereum. If bitcoin can break $45k in the next months, that can give a chance for ethereum to lift the price and maybe it could lift into $3,500-$3,800 or even $4,000. Maybe reaching $4,000 will be the next highest target price for ethereum so in the next year, ethereum will have more chances to raise above $5,000. But if bitcoin is not moving in the rest of this year, ethereum will be like this and the price could get down for more.
