Laws don't do anything if they can't be or aren't enforced. There are loads of laws on the books that have never been enforced. New laws are the things that government politicians use to make it look like they are doing something... to make it look like they are needed even a little.

In the USA, as long as we don't slander anyone directly, there is freedom of speech. That's why Big Pharma can get away with telling their lies about Covid and the vaxx. It isn't their fault if people are stupid enough to believe them. It's the fault of the people for not checking it out themselves... rather than having blind faith.

"Benalty"? It sounds as though you have a blocked nose, which I believe is a symptom of Covid. May I advise vaccination? It's safe and effective, as countless studies over the last 18 months have demonstrated.
As a second point, if your aim is to get people to stop talking about Covid, then setting up a thread for people to talk about Covid is probably not the greatest idea.

OP, I believe you meant penalty because I can not figure out the meaning of the word Benalty that you used here I suggest you edit your work then post it again. Talking about the Jail penalty you suggest to be the punishment for anyone who talks about Covid, are you in any way saying that Covid is not real or never existed?  Do you have clear proof to support your view since you believe that the virus that has claimed the lives of thousands of people in the world shouldn't be talked about, well I may not know your notion for saying this because in my country, so many lives were lost as a result of Covid. I will suggest you come up with a better explanation so that we can understand you better.

yes covid is no longer devastating and this years strain as people get the virus, their body is showing the 'common' symptoms of flem and snotty nose, which shows the body is recognising the virus now and fighting it early. so yes it is becoming part of the common flu range of viruses. but to pretend there is no virus or pretend that its just a word. is idiotic and ignorant

Come on. Show us the research notebook and video, the in-process isolation of the virus, where the result is the virus, itself - the machines used as the process is being done, and the researcher telling us all about everything he is doing at every step in the isolation process. And then, show us the most important part... where the virus was injected into a bunch of test subjects and they got sick. If you can really do this, Dr. Kaufman would be most interested.
