What happened::  I do deposit for fairspin.io by LTC(converted to 1mBTC) trying a few games, then I want to do some withdrawal, Yes that was verifying required, it's fine for me cause I have already deal with terms and conditions or policy.
The verifying system is don't work(cant click, not directed to any link for form), trying get some help to live support, the team given me a link trueplay.io(it's like 3rd party for verifying), unfortunately trueplay.io is not working (not the link but system didn't process anything my apply).
They like make some troll, the site is working for us(but not trying to sign up), asking about what is my browser, trying asking about does I my VPN is active or not, and really don't help.

Have you PMed the account representing Fairspin in this forum, the same which you have linked in the OP? They seem to be active on the forum so it can help contacting them directly if you have not already.

A problem in the verification system does not mean that the casino has stolen your money. It might be stuck in the wallet, but it is not stolen. How long has this been?

You also need to include some screenshots to show that your deposit was credited - transaction logs or something similar, just a transaction on the blockchain does not suffice and also the screenshots of the support chat.

Offtopic, you have 500merits, since I could not find the ones who sent them to you on BPIP.org or Loyce.club, I assume they were airdropped merits for being a "Hero Member" - so a lot of your old posts were deleted?

It's good that you come here to address the issue and hopefully, the accusation will be resolved with both parties satisfied with the results, the first time I read that third party addressing issues for the casino, they should have dedicated support and they should not use a bot to address the issue, because every issue is unique and need human intervention.

Right. I have never seen something like this before. A casino requests users to verify KYC or Identity via 3rd party? I don't know if there are similar casinos or any other services that request users to provide KYC via 3rd party website. I had an issue with a Casino verifying my Identity, every time I submit my Identity instantly the system Rejected my document saying there is something wrong. After a few hours, I got an email that my account was successfully verified. So what they did there is, They check every document that was submitted, even rejected one. If they think that these documents are legit, They Confirm it.

But, This case is a bit different. As OP claims he is not able to submit documents on their website.

@OP, Look like you will get a quick solution from Fairspin Since their representative is here. But, I think you should be more careful about claiming Scam accusations. Unable to submit your documents is not a scam. They didn't steal your money yet. It's better to discuss with them your problem.

I can say that we asked Claimer to get in contact with our support to fix all the troubles, but he did not send any response. And did not contact the support team..

I can say that we asked Claimer to get in contact with our support to fix all the troubles, but he did not send any response. And did not contact the support team.

Well, Either OP is not much active here. Or he doesn't care about his deposited money. If so, He would be active here and check this thread often. I am wondering if he doesn't care about what he deposited, Why did he create this thread? Another possibility is, He could be busy. I guess you guys can wait for him since he didn't leave any Tags and neither any DT. So, Based on this thread, It's not proved that you guys are possible scammers. I would like to Suggest OP contact them with your information. If you got any solution, Then let the community know about the solution and mark this thread as solved.
