AFAIK,fantasy sports are a USA thing.I don't know about any fantasy sports websites in Europe or Asia.
I've tried to signup at Fanduels in the past, but they don't allow people, who are not US citizens.
How come playing fantasy sports isn't considered gambling? For some reason Draftkings and Fanduels aren't heavily regulated in most US states.
I guess that playing fantasy sports requires skills like making proper analysis.Luck isn't that important,so fantasy sports games can be exploited in some way,but this might be very difficult.I'm not an expert in the subject anyway.
OP,what was the point of making that "wall of text" type of forum post and including two links pointing to this data40.com website?
Is this your website?
How about using VPN? I think that'll work unless they'll ask you for a KYC to verify that you're a US citizen.
Well, all of the games requires strategy, any amount of effort in analyzing how to win in a game is need, unless it's a luck based game. Most of the fantasy sport is unique, it might be like the common sports but they've add some items or skills that makes the character also unique. I've never played one, but I think it'll never be a plagiarism if you know what you're doing.
I think using VPN could be a solution, but you need to ask the website about using a VPN on their site so you will not get a problem in the future. If they prohibit you from using VPN, it is better to stop using their site and search for other gambling sites.
Related to fantasy sports, we do not know why the government thinks that fantasy sports are not considered gambling. Fantasy sports is a unique game that needs skills to predict which team has a big chance to win so that will not be the same as plagiarism because the game will have its own rule than the other gambling games. But predicting is the same as gambling.
Most of the sites are against using VPN and therefore even asking them would be futile you can always read it in their terms and conditions.
-Do not use VPN if they do not permit your particular area then you leave it at that, there are other options available.
Honestly, I don't see any growth in popularity, in search of fantasy tops I came across an article, it was in the summer of this year, it said that such sites do not live long, which makes it impossible to compile a normal one at the top, and sites that remain "alive" on a permanent basis 3 -4
But there are still many players who are true to this game. If you explore it's roots it's actually not something new, if you do know what modern family is, apparently they mentioned about this in Season 2 episode 5, which aired way back, showing that it's not so small as insignificant. The popularity might be growing but the whole idea is having good platforms to play on.
It's certainly not plagiarism.
I think that it is quite a unique business. NFTs could come into play but it can function just as well without the NFT side of things.
It would be quite interesting for crypto sportsbooks to take this up given the convenience that they offer compared to fiat alternatives such as DK. Great market opportunity here.
The usage of NFT's in fantasy gamin they are mainly used to display digital trading cards, I think they could be used and using blockchain technology in fantasy gamin would actually be a great idea since fiat is good but blockchain and cryptocurrencies can make it better 100%
