Fantasy sport as a unique business and entertainment or plagiarism and delusion?

AFAIK,fantasy sports are a USA thing.I don't know about any fantasy sports websites in Europe or Asia.
I've tried to signup at Fanduels in the past,but they don't allow people,who are not US citizens.
How come playing fantasy sports isn't considered gambling?For some reason Draftkings and Fanduels aren't heavily regulated in most US states.
I guess that playing fantasy sports requires skills like making proper analysis.Luck isn't that important,so fantasy sports games can be exploited in some way,but this might be very difficult.I'm not an expert in the subject anyway.

Well, all of the games requires strategy, any amount of effort in analyzing how to win in a game is need, unless it's a luck based game. Most of the fantasy sport is unique, it might be like the common sports but they've add some items or skills that makes the character also unique. I've never played one, but I think it'll never be a plagiarism if you know what you're doing.

I think using VPN could be a solution, but you need to ask the website about using a VPN on their site so you will not get a problem in the future. If they prohibit you from using VPN, it is better to stop using their site and search for other gambling sites.

Related to fantasy sports, we do not know why the government thinks that fantasy sports are not considered gambling. But predicting is the same as gambling.

Honestly, I don't see any growth in popularity, in search of fantasy tops I came across an article, it was in the summer of this year, it said that such sites do not live long, which makes it impossible to compile a normal one at the top, and sites that remain "alive" on a permanent basis 3 -4   

But there are still many players who are true to this game. If you explore it's roots it's actually not something new, if you do know what modern family is, apparently they mentioned about this in Season 2 episode 5, which aired way back, showing that it's not so small as insignificant. The popularity might be growing but the whole idea is having good platforms to play on.

It's hard to imagine a practical usage for NFT in fantasy games, because it will be just a "cosmetic" card without any extra attribute or benefit for the bearer, since this kind of game is fully influenced by the performance of real players during their real life matches. As a speculative or collectible asset it could work, but that is only for the most eccentric wealthy players, not for the common public.

NFT opportunities are only interesting when they have a function inside a virtual universe.

NFTs may well find application in fantasy sports. For example, NFTs can have different multipliers (1.1-2.0) that increase points for certain actions (scoring a goal, goal kick, etc.). If you apply an NFT with a certain action to one of the players on your team and he performs the action, you get increased points.  In fact, there could be many such examples.

That is an interesting application I have never thought about it, so in a way it would be like what happens in a video game when you equip a certain item to a character and then certain actions are boosted for that character.

I will be honest that is a good idea, I had been thinking how NFTs could be added to fantasy sports but this seems like a lovely idea that could be liked by the fans of such games, still if they have to buy such an NFT I still think many will refuse as a matter of principle and will prefer to play without those boosts.

Most of the sites does not mean all sites because I think some sites allow their user to use VPN. But to prevent the worst thing that can happen to us, we shouldn't use VPN and play normally like the other player. And if we can not access the site, we can search for the other site which is available in our country.

It is better to ask the site about using VPN so we can get the right answer and we can prevent breaking their rules. That is the thing that every gambler needs to do.
