Nowadays exchanges are asking KYC even for trading there so its actually impossible to find an exchange to list any project on a centralized exchanges. The only place you can do that is decentralized exchange and anyone can do that if I am not wrong.

Ok and which decentralized exchanges do you mean? I know that you can launch project free in dx.sale. Can you do it also in Polkastarter or DuckDao without kyc?

You can't do this without identity verification. It's a part of your project credibility.
In the same time you can create and run a bsc project anonymously (buy ether to buy bnb then lunch the project into network then add liquidity to any dex pool, no one will know who you are), the project should be visible to public and the public will ask about the team behind the project. Unless you aim to lunch a personal project (not a commercial product), it will be complicated to promote it anonumously.

Knowing which dex you can list your project. It's easy to figure out which of them you can source out and have that citation and quotation if you're available to get listed on any of them. There are more than a hundred that you can consult or canvass.

That's a part for the platform to avoid the scammer to use it and rob investor's money. Why don't you wanna try to launch your project that gives KYC as a mandatory for the team? it's really good for the investors. Investors need to know your identity or I smell something fishy if you didn't wanna launch your project on a platform that has KYC verification.

People will suspect your project as a scam project. So many people are aware if this is a way to make sure scammer will not be taking the advantage from the funding platform.  
Can I call that as a potentially scam project? There are bunch of scammers these days and developers aware about this. Almost all of IDO platforms were making KYC mandatory for the team.
