While I was able to make some trades and move coins to my personal wallet originally, they have not given me access to my account despite having two factor authentication set up and access to my registered email. No response from customer service or on their telegram.

An anonymous person sent me a dm on telegram last week about the Probit scam which I discard since telegram is one of the number abode for crypto scammers and several accusations about this exchange from a different set of people. I think the best thing every of their user should do is to stop using the exchange site.

According to the post Probit exchange is a scam. And as you have lost the fund on Probit exchange now it is proven scam. But why you are away of posting the proof that they have scammed. You can see the scam exchange format on here and post your evidence accordingly.

You called Probit Exchange scam. But you didn’t post any clear evidence How the probit exchange  has deceived you. You cannot convict anyone without proof. and  If you report anything here without any clear evidence you will not get the expected results. shasan already share a thread link here. open that thread and make a report with that reporting formet.
