[Help] Expert please help for to organize Reward types of Bitcoin chronologic

I am writing Bitcoin Mining History and I need help for experts to organize Reward Types of Bitcoin mining chronologically. Wiki does not organize them.

What types are first and what types are later?
Can I group some types into one group?

I believe PPS was invented first, and everything else that utilizes "last N shares" or the like came later - though my guess would be all this coming sometime after 2012, when mining started to become difficult for the average person to do at home.
