2step auth not working

Hello, im not able to send btc from my account. I belive that i replaced my first wallets key with the new one thats why the code is error everytime i try to auth it. The seed menu is not highlighted, so i can not restore. What are my options???
I have created a new wallet, i think that the new wallet can work with the authenticator. Thank you!!!

You were supposed to write down the seed before you finish the wallet creation process and not while using the wallet. Haven't you done that?
