Initial share is set: 50% to investors and 50% to team.
This is equity shares distribution in furtherly incorporated start-up in form of security tokens, evolved from BEP20 BSC standard which based on ERC20.
Added special functions which turn commodity to security (to know more read the Smart Contract Paper)
The real shares distribution includes airdropCap, presaleCap and bountyCap which will be added to totalSupply as static variables.
These Caps will be formed during the marketing campaign.
The more quantity of equity shares will be on the Caps, the less share will receive investors and team, but it is ok.
The minimum actual distributed teamShare is 34%, so if the investmentPool is 14800 (minimum to start a sale) and there are 50000 BUSD of Caps, the share distribution will be corrected in such way, for teamShare to be 34%.
The best scenario - achieving the goal of full investment pool, the exact amount is 77340 BUSD.
In case of good support the investmentPool may be increased.

The First Market
Will be developed as the first priority, in first 2 months to open ability trade equity shares of Fundaria and other start-ups.
The first market's trading will be based on Pancake LP.
There are 3 available sizes of LP which depend on achieved investment milestones.
As tokens equity shares liquidity for LP will be used a part of teamShares.
Fundaria already swaps BNB to BUSD with Pancake functionality on its smart contract (yes, pool is stored in scoin BUSD).
Since #FARIA is hosted on Binance Smart Chain we expect to enter the Binance after the Business Period I, which will take about 9 months.

Sale Time
Actually Fundaria's smart contract (as smart contract template for all start-ups) provides 16 investment phases (with own poolCap, sharePrice, saleStartTime, saleEndTime etc)

I'm permanently working of F, and more attention from all over the world is raised. New projects usually go to popular sites and not on a new one. How can you address such challenge? Do you think you can get the interest of these people?

The ultimate answer is "unbreakable intention". I'm focusing on such an intention through the years, step by step, making my dream come true. Never give up.
Big goal is split into little tasks. Combining tasks rightly increases likelihood more, then just summarizing.
1) Independence from outer investments. Six months ago, I put in the financial plan tasks with linked amounts. Since Fundaria did not receive serious investment, these tasks mostly were performed by own resources.
2) Example. It is a matter of time, when the first project will pay dividends to its shareholders. Luckily, I have several semi-finished projects and a couple of ready-made ones, for example https://fundaria.com/ApeTail. So even if there will be zero startup ideas developed with Fundaria from outside actors, I am gradually approaching the time of dividend payment from one of my own projects. Even if shareholders are not investors, but bounty hunters, airdropplers - it does not matter - after the first dividends payment with smart contract - the Trust will start to raise.
3) Own investing in outer startups. I'm gonna to start investing my own money in early followers, starting from 1000 scoin, taking 1-2% of equity. This process will be occurring through the next year definitely.
4) Market. It will be implemented anytime in the near future. As all other planned tasks were inevitably implemented earlier.

So Fundaria is a platform for startups? If it says it is simplifying the way from the idea to source of profit. What makes your platform special?

1) Special smart contract for a startup, which acts as financial system, lets run 16 sequential investment phases, register outer and inner transactions and appropriate profit, letting investors claim dividends, withdraw remaining part of investments, having build-in investment guides referral program and 3 types of votings.
Actually this is, maybe, the first in the world specialized smart contract for startups, letting supply security token (unlike traditional commodity token): there are some modifications to ERC20 standard, which makes it equity.
Founder can set what share will belong to the team and what to the investor, so with the receiving of cryptocurrency, which is converted to stablecoin with build-in liquidity pool conversion function, appropriate amount of equity tokens are distributed to the team and to the investor.
2) System for automated airdrops in form of pay-per-action. Visitors of a startup presentability page are doing something on the website and receive equity tokens which forming airdropCap on a smart contract.
